I bought this for my teenaged son for his bday. (He wanted a Chromebook.) This one is very lightweight, easy to use, the resolution is nice and works well for video calling. I have one as well and have dropped it twice so it’s tough and doesn’t break easily. They are fast to load things, even when you first turn it on. The sound isn’t the loudest on all the chrome books I’ve had, but are fine for movies and games, even better with headphones or speakers and has good, clear sound. This is a great price for what you get, especially because it includes all the accessories. I’ve never had a laptop come with those things, so I was very happy with that. This is my second Acer Chromebook, this is by far faster and easier to use. I booted it up signed in and everything was just as my old one was. The charging port on my old one died and I received this as a gift. Very pleased at the clarity of the screen and the keyboard is very soft & the pad is sensitive which is great. small -portable faat-light weight-great battery life -scren resolution more than adequate for a laptop and fore someone not only on the go but for most people who do not play memory intensive video games this would be more that adequate. I cannot beleive that this chromebook comes with all the attachments -a multipple outlet dongle which includes 2xUSB 3 .HDMI cable and adapter -built in camera with good resoltion and a mic. The audio quality is also superb-Even comes with a microSD card 128 GB unbeleivable buy for the price. Will buy one for mom for mothers day ... show more

The laptop itself is great and works as youd expect it to. All the accessories are literal garbage, super cheap. The multiport hub ate my sd card… the read you pop it into came dislodged upon the first use and the sd card is now rattling around inside of it. The mouse scroll wheel collapsed inward and is unusable now as the buttons wont click after one use. ... show more

Purchased for grandson and he is very happy with it. The chromebook is very light, the colors are great, screen is tough, and the keyboard works well, almost forgot the touch screen is a big plus. The battery life is above average, and the chromebook loads pages at a nice pace.

Firstly, it's not a 2024, it's a spin 311 with a 2023 manufacture date. Secondly, the responses and lag on this machine is pretty bad. I'm only doing basic functions like watching YouTube and Netflix and it's pretty frustrating waiting for this thing to respond (or not....) to my touches.

the 6 port media hub i received with the computer is defective as soon as you plug it in the screen goes blank but the sound will still come through and you only get the picture back if you unplug the media hub.
