I bought one for my son, then 6 months later bought another for my daughter. These can play most games a young teenager would play on medium/moderate settings at a decent framerate with a standard 1080p monitor. Just please, if you dont want whatever rubbish is on these out of the box preinstall, just setup a fresh Win 11/Linux install boot image. That is all you have to do. Clean OS install and they are good babe.

I'm a retired IT Security Manager and I've had this computer since September16th and already the RGB lights have failed on it so I guess I am stuck with it now. I have tried every recommendation I could find on Google to resolve the problem but nothing helps to restore them back to normal. You can forget about contacting ACEMAGIC as they don't seem to respond to inquires. Cheaply built and unreliable unless I got a defective one. The fact that there is absolutely no support for these units is enough to steer me clear of ever buying one again. You might want to do consider doing the same.

Acemagic Mini PC is a beauty! In the beginning I had some reservation about these mini PC’s since they are so small and thermal dissipation might be a problem. In November 2024, I bought an Acemagic Model AD08 i7 Mini PC with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. I was completely won by it. It runs very quietly, occupies a tiny space, with all kinds of ports for connecting to internet, monitors, keyboards, mice and other devices. It can handle all my scientific computing programs. Internet browsing is very fast. I was very satisfied, so much so that I bought another similar Acemagic Model K1 Mini PC with a Ryzen 7 CPU. The Acemagic technical support is superb! When I had some problem with my first Acemagic, I contacted them, and within 24 hours they replied to me, within 7 days they replaced my old i7 Acemagic with a new Model S3A Ryzen 7 Mini PC, which has even a Display Port. Both the AD08 and S3A have a magnet secured side panel which can be easily pulled open to install additional RAM and SSD. It is very nice that Acemagic has installed Windows 11 Pro on both, while other vendors “recommend installing a fresh copy of Windows 11 Pro or Home.” One final observation is that these mini PC’s are not for gaming as they lack a powerful GPU.
