The media could not be loaded. AMD Ryzen family of processors is optimized for gaming purposes. Don't expect anything like a top of the line laptop, but it works reasonably well with small to mid-sized games. Well equipped with requisite amount of RAM, NVMe HDD and a large screen. Purchased this in November 2024. July of 2025, my daughter says it’s coming apart. On inspection, there were 3 screws missing from the bottom. I checked all the other screws, and only one was tight. I contacted manufacturer, they told me to get it fixed locally. I said no it should still be under warranty, it’s one year. They said no it’s out of warranty. I asked how long the warranty was and they would not tell me. I tried moving one of the other screws to the corner and it would not tighten must be stripped. Manufactured didn’t care. Told us we could buy a new one at a discount. I’m going to try to take it apart more and see if I can fix it myself. I would never buy this product again or anything from this manufacturer. ... show more

The laptop starts up fast and downloads files and applications fast. But 2 of my favorite features about it are how quiet the fans are unless you’re running something the computer can’t. And the graphics— wow, they are just amazing. If you like bright phones, iPads, or laptops, then this laptop is for you. I have my brightness all the way down because it can get very bright. For the people that want to use it as an office laptop, I recommend this because it has good battery life and high storage. But if you’re going to be transferring files, especially big files, I would get a laptop with DDR5. But if you get this and travel a lot with it, I recommend the DOMISO Computer case. It is very easy to put the laptop into it. Also, it has a Velcro strap to hold the laptop or the laptop charger in place so it doesn’t slide around while traveling. ... show more

This laptop is less than two months old. Took my chances bc of the price, but like the other reviewers have experienced, randomly a couple of times a per week, it will suddenly go black. It sends a message saying that the battery is low when you turn it back o (see photos), however, my laptop stays plugged in and each time I turn it back on, it will show that it’s at 99% and charging. If you need something consistent and reliable, this is not the laptop for you. ... show more

Just like I said, just need a laptop to work with my dj controller and this thing fit the bill. Got it on sale, formatted the SSD completely with Killdisk (I don't trust any manufacturer or preloaded OS,) reinstalled, found drivers. Works like a charm
