I'm a single mom, so money is tight, and I work from home, so having a dedicated work laptop is important. I had never heard of this brand before, but it had great specs for the price and was on sale, so I decided to give it a gamble. I'm glad I did. It runs really well, even with multiple applications going. I can have Opera, Figma, and Affinity Designer 2 running with no issues. It reliably connects to my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices. The screen is bright and clear. The built-in microphone, speakers, and camera are about what you'd expect from a laptop—I use my own peripherals to replace these. The battery life is great. The function keys are great: I love how easy it is to turn my trackpad off and on (I prefer my wireless mouse but can't always bring it along), switch off the keyboard backlight, and change screen brightness. If I had to invent a gripe, it's that the NumLock is disabled by default and you have to turn it on every time you restart. That's such a small thing, though.

Has amazing what's app tech support service and the laptop was exactly as pictured I've had it for about 6 months and no big issues. The laptop does everything I need it to do and has great battery life with fully upgradable ram and SSD. Great price for the value.

I bought this laptop for my daughter and unfortunately the charging cable came apart. They didn't have a replacement in stock, but Karl from Acemagic was super helpful and sent me a link to one that was compatible and available and then promptly reimbursed the cost through an Amazon refund. I noticed in the reviews that some customers have reported reliable Wi-Fi connectivity, while others have experienced issues with the laptop dropping its internet connection. Mine is one of those. It used to be every once in a while, so I didn't really notice it. But lately, I can barely keep a stable connection for any length of time. So glad I don't have to use this machine for remote work! Other than that, it's ok. You get what you pay for.

I wanted a gaming laptop to play Sims and Hogwarts. This laptop has more than enough space for both games and more. Games play smoothly and zero lagging. Everything on the laptop works great. At first, I thought the keyboard didn't work but I figured out you have to press Fn to have the top F's row to work. Also to turn on the backlight you press Fn and the space key. Just a helpful tip for you all. The only negative thing is the battery. If you have it charging at the same time as playing a game, it gets really hot. The laptop gets hot as well. I'm going to order a new charger in hopes it works better. I definitely recommend this laptop, especially if the sale is going on. You won't find a better deal.

The startup setup was very smooth, and the system runs seamlessly. During daily use, whether watching videos, editing documents, or playing games, its response speed is impressively fast！！ The advantages become even more apparent when playing games. I tested several popular large-scale games, and the 16.1-inch FHD screen provided an excellent visual experience with clear game graphics, vibrant colors, and remarkable detail. Moreover, during gameplay, the frame rate remained stable with no noticeable stuttering, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the game and enjoy the experience. The keyboard's backlight design is especially useful in dimly lit environments, as it helps me clearly see the keys while also enhancing the overall ambiance. After playing games for several hours, the bottom of the laptop and the left side of the keyboard do get slightly warm, but it is not noticeable, indicating that the cooling system is well designed……

With only 512mb of VRAM, you will not be able to play modern games at a decent frame rate even with low graphic settings. Examples: I ran Balder's Gate 3 (2023) and even on the lowest settings it strained the GPU so much that characters moved in slow motion. I ran Ghost Recon Wildlands (2017), and couldnt even make a 3rd of the minimum VRAM suggested for low graphics (serious lag). I ran Northgard (2018, fairly simple graphics, top down tile based strategy game) and it still had a tough time keeping up. It does have a pretty solid CPU and a great screen for videos. I don't think this laptop is worth the price unless there is a big sale.

we got this for my "sort of" gamer son for Christmas. it works amazing for the few games that he plays on it... can't speak for it as a pro gamer laptop but for a teen boy its an awesome entry level laptop. Also for that school thing- microsoft included. perfect for the price
