It’s a very cute bike. The manufacture quality is not high but adequate (if you don’t mind manhandling, aka bending, the fenders to align properly and making other such adjustments). They literally wrapped some parts in plastic for shipping before they screwed them together making it unnecessarily difficult to remove the packaging (forcing several parts to be disassembled and reassembled). In the end, though, the bike is well designed and my daughter loves it. Pro tip: the placement of the vinyl straps for the wicker basket won’t allow for a head light but they can be pulled through the wicker and moved lower on the basket (not easily, but doably). Note: the head light, tail light, and bell were added by me (the taillight was a major effort to install - glad of the result but don’t recommend the exercise). The basket has been involved in several bike accidents — my daughter rides this a lot. The bike is around a year old. ... show more

We bought this bike for our 4y daughter. Its look, basket, color are great. The durability and quality is zero. It is tooooo hard to pedal, heavy to carry, out of use sooner than we could imagine. The chain doesn't have a cover and we were afraid if our toddler's pants or feet get injured. About the durability, we thought our daughter can use it at least two-three years. It bended in the first months and we had to buy another one. We cannot recommend it for other toddlers based on our experience. ... show more

The instructions that come with it are lacking. Mentions installing a reflector, but didn't come with one. The front fender I am 99% sure is incorrect for the bike I received. Spent a good 45min attempting to adjust it and it would never work without the tire rubbing on the nuts inside the fender. Basically had to do without the front fender. The QR code to adjust the fender was not helpful since it only showed the back fender. I assumed the adjustments were the same but there isn't even enough room between the tire and fender to get a wrench in it. Not happy about how the basket hangs either, but hoping some handlebar adjustments will help. Everything else seems fine. It should be rideable. Purchased this bike for a 5 y/o girl from Ukraine who’s family has just moved here and needed some assistance. Bought the bike and tried to assemble but was greatly disappointed. I triple checked the box and all packaging material before discarding and still ended up with 3 missing parts. Don’t let the overall 4.5 stars fool you like it fooled me. 1 - This bike is SO cute. Every time I see my daughter riding it, it makes me happy. 2 - My daughter loves it too! The basket is great quality so she loves carrying things around in it and the bell is fun. 3 - We bought this bike for my 6-year-old (who is tall for her age) and it works great. 4 - It was a little tricky to get together (especially the front part of the bike) but my husband was able to manage it in an hour or two.
