The only thing I would say that I was disappointed about was for some reason the handlebars the front fender are both backwards and you have to actually flip them around and that was kind of confusing because there should be no reason why it was sent backwards even the directions said that it was sent backwards. The assembly process was very easy as long as you read the instructions; I didn't read the instructions for attaching the pedals and thought the left pedal was faulty but later discovered (after reading instructions) the left pedal must be screwed on "counter clockwise" unlike the right pedal which goes on "clockwise". Overall, I am very pleased with the design and color (purple) which is my granddaughter's favorite color and absolutely love the caramel color seat and matching basket. It's a beautiful, sturdy product and my granddaughter loves it! And that's all that matters. I do recommend this bike. ... show more

Cute bike, we bought for our daughters 5th birthday. Bike front fender damaged in shipping. Left pedal has an issue with the machining on the crank shaft. Either need to return the whole bike or try to rethread the crank. There was room in the box to ship with the pedals on.🤷♂️ UPDATE, The seller is great to work with and they have great customer service. They corrected the issue with the fender and sent me a new left pedal. Very happy with the bike and would buy from this seller again. ... show more

Pretty decent product. Came as advertised. However, I will say some of the products or parts specifically, the fenders were bent and are very difficult to get aligned and are still misaligned, even though I tried to bend them back. But for the price, it’s a decent bike and my daughter loves it.

The paint on this kids' bicycle started chipping off after just a short time of use. It's disappointing to see the bike lose its appearance so quickly, especially since it was brand new.
