Cute bike, we bought for our daughters 5th birthday. Bike front fender damaged in shipping. Left pedal has an issue with the machining on the crank shaft. Either need to return the whole bike or try to rethread the crank. There was room in the box to ship with the pedals on.🤷♂️ UPDATE, The seller is great to work with and they have great customer service. They corrected the issue with the fender and sent me a new left pedal. Very happy with the bike and would buy from this seller again. ... show more

It’s a very cute bike. The manufacture quality is not high but adequate (if you don’t mind manhandling, aka bending, the fenders to align properly and making other such adjustments). They literally wrapped some parts in plastic for shipping before they screwed them together making it unnecessarily difficult to remove the packaging (forcing several parts to be disassembled and reassembled). In the end, though, the bike is well designed and my daughter loves it. Pro tip: the placement of the vinyl straps for the wicker basket won’t allow for a head light but they can be pulled through the wicker and moved lower on the basket (not easily, but doably). Note: the head light, tail light, and bell were added by me (the taillight was a major effort to install - glad of the result but don’t recommend the exercise). The basket has been involved in several bike accidents — my daughter rides this a lot. The bike is around a year old. ... show more

Item arrived VERY damaged. Bought it for my daughter for Christmas and Opened it too late And now cannot return. Make sure you open it as soon as you get it, as the return window is short. Also the breaks snapped off when we tried to put the damaged bike together.
