They shipped my package to the a random post office, they didn’t notify me which one, and they lied on my order saying that it was held at the customer's request. They repeatedly pretended not to have tracking information and said it would be delivered to my home. I eventually tracked the package to the local office. From the I had to carry it home on my shoulders 3/4 of a mile to my house. After 4 days of arguing the best they would do was give me 50% off.

    • Bought used at less than half price
I bought this alternator used and saved a lot of money. When it arrived it appeared to be brand new. There was no indication that it had ever been installed. I gave the pulley a spin and noticed that it had a wobble and was not spinning true. If I had tried to use it, it would have chewed up the belt. This has to be one of two things. Either the shaft or pulley was bent. I started to return it but realized that there were no more used ones available at that price. I removed the pulley and replaced it with the one from my old alternator. I gave it a spin and it spins true. No wobbles! It was the pulley that was bent, not the shaft. Apparently someone bought this and returned it because of the bent pulley. This alternator charges and works perfectly. I'm glad that I canceled the return. ... show more

I had high hopes for the alternator because of the brand and the model. It was easy to install and at first seemed to be of great quality. However, a very short time after installation it began to make a whining noise as though a bearing was failing. I returned for a refund. It's a shame that more things are not made in the US instead of China this being one of them. ... show more

Perfect fit and function in 93 F250 with 5.8L EFI engine. Product is new (not remanufactured) which was welcome after I got a bad reman from Amazon and truck was down another week. Worth the extra coin.

Bought as Warehouse Deal, had minor imperfections, and appeared to have been repackaged. Can not beat the deal, new unit (though I notice it was mfg. in Asia), not rebuilt, does the job, and time will tell, how long it lasts. Arrived in 4 days. Take the Warehouse Deal if available. Bill.
