Description

ACDelco Gold (Professional) Remanufactured Friction Ready Disc Brake Calipers are the high quality alternative to Original Equipment (OE) parts. They use both aluminum and iron castings. These loaded calipers contain Ethylene Propylene (EPDM) rubber components to provide superior resistance to heat, corrosion, and leakage. ACDelco Professional Remanufactured Friction Ready Disc Brake Calipers are developed without attached brake pads, allowing customization for the application at hand. Bleeder screws, copper sealing washers, hardware, and mounting brackets are all included for easy installation. Remanufacturing disc brake calipers is an automotive industry practice that involves disassembly of existing units, and replacing components that are most prone to wear with new components. Damaged and obsolete parts are replaced and are end of line tested to ensure they perform to ACDelco specifications. In addition, remanufacturing returns components back into service rather than processing as scrap or simply disposing of them.

Install and go
The best part of this product is that is OEM!!! AC Delco, made a direct replacement and it is nothing like OEM, unless you are a customizer, but this was price correct, fit correct and took very little time to install. Amazon, thanks for being there for the small guys who can do their own work on their own vehicles. This was a life saver when it arrived the following day after ordering. Having a vehicle in a shop for 3 to 5 days is time consuming. Dismantled in a few hours, order the part, received it the next day, install it on that day and was ready to go. Awesome!!! ... show more

Perfect fit, works great!
Perfect fit- as one would expect from ACDelco. This is the OEM series that the dealers stock, at a fraction of their price... great rebate, too. These ended up being cheaper than off-brand remans with a sketchy reputation. One of my two ended up being the coated version, one was the non-coated- so you never know, maybe they'll send the upgraded version. All the hardware is there, but not enough grease- have some on hand for installation. ... show more
