I gave this to my daughter last year for her 7th birthday. She absolutely loved it! She cried! She loves JoJo! My daughter is very careful with her toys and We had absolutely no issues with the watch until now and she’s about to turn 8. She lost the charger for it and I’m not sure if maybe a combination of using a charger for another device combined with not letting it charge properly before usage caused it to go off into the same high pitched scream mode mentioned in the other reviews.....that scared both of us immensely. We were about to go to bed. I could not turn it off. I tried smashing it and nothing worked. I’ve seen nothing like it. Finally I read the reviews and saw it could be reset with a needle. (Thank you!!) This worked. I can’t imagine we could ever take this out in public anywhere for fear it would go off again randomly. It does seem to be working just fine now. I will update my review. I noticed that it did seem to get very warm also and don’t feel like it’s safe for my daughter to wear on her wrist. She does still love the watch so it’s a total shame they failed to test these models better before releasing them to the public for children. ... show more

I purchased this watch for my Granddaughters birthday. She loves JOJO SIWA, therefore selecting this watch with a good size face makes it easy to read and color was a no brainier for me to purchase for her. She was elated. I don't know how it works had to get her father to program.

I had asked for the package to be delivered in the back of my house and to ring my bell to let me know it was here, picture works too as long as it shows it was delivered but next time please make sure driver follows instructions because if my package would of be stolen it would of been on him or her. Thank You Though
