Either they go flat after a short time and not provide the support I need when I roll over to my side or they’re too short and not enough stuffing. Either way this pillow is perfect for me. I sleep on my back or on my side. I have back problems and I have pain when I do roll over onto my side. So I need a supportive firm pillow. This is perfect because you can customize the fill. it arrives completely full and you can remove the foam to your liking. It has a removable cover that’s washable. You should never ever ever put memory foam in the washing machine. The temperature change will change its composition and will make it hard. So by adding a removable cover that you can wash you prevent this and you maintain your pillows. It’s got a substantial zipper and it’s high-quality. The foam is in case as well, so it’s not spraying all over the place. When you remove Your cover to wash. I like the so much that I bought another set as well as the body pillow. Excellent quality. Update : a few days later: I have purchased another body pillow to with the the 2 sets of queen size pillows also purchased. This is a great product and I am a loyal customer 1/16/24

These pillows are awesome sauce. I do recommend waiting the 24 hr and a quick wash and dry before use. They remain cool during the evening and retain good firmness after prolonged use. Be aware these are super thick pillows and you will most likely need to remove some material for your desired thickness.

Pillow core is very firm and the artificial down is soft. The cover of the pillow is slick. The foam felt too hard to me but someone else may feel it is perfect. Pillow arrived as advertised and is a good size for queen bed. I will either give the pillows away or put them on a spare bed

Very nice pillows. Supportive and appropriately firm, without being too firm. Easy to fluff a bit. The "adjustable" elements is that it is easy to open the pillow's interior compartment to remove some of the memory foam chunks to reduce the loft. Have not needed to do that. The loft is just right for me for neck alignment. Well worth the cost.

Memory foam has taken over a lot of products and uses. It is found in a wide variety of products and I was leary at first when it came to being in pillows. I did not want a cushion inside my pillow. Well, not to worry, it is not. It's like a pillow inside a pillow, which allows each one to be laundered as needed. The inner most casing holding the memory foam chips, you can remove or add to reach your comfort level. The outer casing has a quilted pattern, very soft, but not firm. That's where the memory chips come in. The pillows come packed, I removed about 25% of them to reach my comfort level. Very good purchase!

I have a desk job and sit most of the day, plus I tend to hold stress in my neck. I've tried many pillows and can't seem to find any that help with my stiff neck. This pillow is very firm and supportive and does keep it's shape all night. However, it's very dense and not soft at all, with hardly any give. It didn't make my neck hurt like some other pillows have, but it just wasn't comfortable to me. If a pillow doesn't have to be super soft to you, then I would recommend it.

I was surprised to see these pillows are actually 2 pillows in one! The outer covering has quilted and padded lining so you don't feel any bumps from the shredded memory foam inside. This provides a nice comfort feel as an added tough. The inner pillow is filled with shredded memory foam, and has a zipper you can either add more or remove some. I love this feature, as it's a type of pillow that will fit a variety type of different sleep styles. We used these pillows at first without removing any foam. My husband didn't like it being so thick, so he only used it part of the time. It was also pretty thick for my liking too, as I'm a stomach sleeper and didn't want to be that high on a pillow. Because of this, I took out 2 gallon size bags full of shredded foam from my husbands' pillow, and 1 bag from mine. He's loved it and used it every night since! He said the comfort is superb and he can sleep in the position he wants without being over extended. I fell the same with my pillow. I can sleep on my stomach with support, have have a very cushy spot to put my head. All without too much support or height. Being that these pillows fit different sleeping styles, I would highly recommend this pillow for anyone. It's easy to adjust firmness, and very easy to wash the outer cover. Excellent and high quality pillow!
