This back brace provides good lumbar support but mild posture correction comparing to another posture corrector that I have. If you make the shoulder straps very tight you get more posture correction but it is not that comfortable. I try to do a walk/run a few days a week and have been wearing this for some support since I tend to hunch over. This helps with my posture and reminds me to stand up straight, I have begun using it when I use the weight machines. I've noticed that this has helped me keep my form.

The ACCUBIO Posture Corrector, Back Brace is well made. It does give very good support and correction for posture. It is easy to put on and comfortable to wear except when you have to sit for long periods. It does get uncomfortable when sitting.

I wasn't in love with this. I know that a posture correction device isn't meant to be wildly comfortable (if it was it's probably not doing its job) but the polyester type of fabric or elastic it was made from wasn't very breathable and I was overly conscious of how it felt warm and caused me to sweat through the tank I wore with it.
