This cardigan had me at “cozy,” but let’s talk truth: it’s got a few quirks that make it more of a “mood” piece than an everyday essential. The color—listed as “Apricot”—is more of a creamy oatmeal shade, which I love because it pairs well with just about everything in my closet. The fabric is soft, plush, and warm without being suffocating, like a fleece blanket that decided to grow up and get a little stylish. Now, let’s talk seams. I’m not a huge fan. They’re bold—like, capital B bold—and stitched in a way that gives off “inside-out” energy. The exposed seams along the sleeves and sides give it a slightly DIY look, as if it’s halfway through an upcycle. It’s a design choice, but one I wouldn’t make again. If you’re going for cozy cottagecore, this might still land—but if you’re after clean lines and polished finishes, this might not be your cardigan soulmate. The oversized fit is generous (I got a Large), with a slouchy drape and lantern sleeves that feel comfy without making you look like you’re smuggling snacks. Great for layering, couch lounging, or casual errands when you want comfort without the bulk. Care tip: Wash in cold water, skip the dryer, and lay it flat or hang it up unless you want to accidentally hand it down to a Barbie doll. Final word: It’s cozy and soft, and if you don’t mind the “raw seam” aesthetic, it can work. But if you’re like me and want your cardigans to whisper “chic” instead of shout “craft fair prototype,” maybe reach for one with a more finished look.

I love how soft this cardigan is, and it would be perfect. However, it sheds…and not just a little. I purchased this to wear in my classroom because it is often very cold, but I noticed that there are little bits of black fluff everywhere in my classroom. It also gets caught on the mesh watch band of my Apple Watch, and I am constantly having to pull the fluff from the band. I’d return it but I’ve already worn it. So…buyer beware. 😔🫤😔
