These fit right, according to chart..my broken, operated and hardware installed, healing wrist, is currently around 7 inches, before injury was 6.25 inches. I got medium blue. Both arm bones were broken above wrist, and these have good compression on arm part, palm side of hand, and start of wrist on back of hand, and base of thumb, which are just where I need it and right amount. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is, as photo shows, there's a weird area of fabric kind of bulging out loose on back of hand, in middle of hand. By fingers it gets tighter again. I have no idea why it's like that, but both are. I also don't know how the compression is snug on side I need it, but loose on the other side, but it is. So, for my injury, these work well. If you need compression on the back of your hand, between but not including, wrist and fingers/knuckles, you might need something else. Seem pretty well made, but just got them. If they fall apart or something, I'll update this. So... TL/DR: odd loose material back of hand. Otherwise nice, even and definitey adequate compression. Comfy enough, fits well. Without odd loose part, they'd be a 5 star.

I actually like the comfort and support that this gives my wrist. The only downfall is where your thumb goes through the hole because when you wear it for a long time, it actually hurts. You will definitely have to build up a callus in order for it to be comfortable or pad it somehow. Besides that, I really like it.

I got these to sleep in as I am a side sleeper and would end up sleeping with my hands under my head or all curled up. This caused my carpal tunnel to be just awful when I woke up in the morning. These helped ease any pain and actually helped me train myself to not curl up my hands and wrists at night. They are very breathable so you won’t get too hot wearing them. I’ve even used them while at work in a doctor’s office when I had carpal tunnel pain and they were comfortable and I could still type on the computer and take blood pressures.

I liked the overall product. It helps with my flare ups with carpal tunnel. The main downside is that there's a tag on the Inside of the sleeved, which is annoying and can be itchy at times. I also noticed it's a little loose around the pads of my thumbs. Overall, it's nice but not something I can wear longer than an hour or two at a time due to the itchiness the fabric causes.

I put these on in the morning, before the ibuprofen kicks in. Very comfortable, perfect level of compression for me. Edit - I liked these so much that I ordered another pair, this time in blue instead of black. They should have been the same size, but were noticeably larger than the original pair. I returned for replacement but ran into the same issue. Trying one more time but ordering small instead of medium.

I really wanted to love these. I bought them so I could continue to work on my art with less wrist pain. I measured my wrist and hand and bought the suggested size. Sadly, they are smaller than I would like. Yes, they support my wrist, but they also cut off the circulation to my fingers. I can tolerate them for only a little while.
