I purchased this mirror a month ago and have really loved it. There are many pros for it: the size, the portability, the easily adjustable brightness of the LED lights, the 3 different magnifications in one, etc. There wasn't anything I didn't like about it until today. Unfortunately, I went to plug the USB cord into the port and the port broke off and fell into the space the back of the mirror and the plastic back (shown in pictures) I was pretty bummed about it, so I reached out to Absolutely Lush. It only took 3 hours to get a response from Karin. She said that it sounded like I received a mirror that was already defective. She sincerely apologized and processed a replacement mirror for me right away. I've never gotten such a fast response from a CSR after sending an email. The excellent customer service I received has more than made up for the problem and is why I'm giving this 5 stars, despite the fact that it broke. I am very pleased. ... show more

I like a handful of things about this vanity mirror. The quality is much higher than I expected for the affordable price. I like that, in addition to having the option to power the light in the mirror with a usb cable (which enabled me to try it out right away) there’s also the option to use this vanity mirror totally wirelessly- huge convenience! Also worth mentioning: the seller of the vanity mirror, Absolutely Lush, is a phenomenal & charming company - they’re extremely customer centric and ensure that you have an A+ experience with their product right out of the box. I opened the envelope it was sent in and the mirror box was opened and smashed in many places. The USB cord was out the box as was the base for the stand. 2: The base stand is VERY hard to get off once on. The clip that I had to press to remove it has a crack. The mirror works great, cute as can be. I purchased it for traveling but will use it at home due to the base not being easily removed. The light can be adjusted too fit the day makeup wear or night wear. Besides the 2 cons I would say this is a good little mirror. ... show more

Works great. I liked the stickers to explain how to use it and the friendly note in the box. It was so bright that it lit our camping cabin better than our lantern! I liked having the option to use with a plug or with batteries. I just wish the stand folded up. I could not undo the clips once it was on. I'm pretty sure it'll get broken eventually in my packing. But the price is so good, and the product works great, I won't mind buying another if it breaks. ... show more

    • Very small, and being magnified parts of the mirror are very very small and unlit.
The mirror is actually a lot smaller than it appears in the picture. I found it inconvenient because even though the lighted part is very bright, the side mirrors which are magnified have no light, and are extremely small. There is no light, so it’s even that much more difficult to see in the already tiny mirrors. I gave it to my 12-year-old who has no vision problems, and it fits perfectly on her desk for use. I am obsessed with this mirror. I had an older large Conair circular flip magnified makeup mirror that died a couple months ago (RIP). I spent $30 on a smaller version of that one at Bed Bath & Beyond and hated it, it was WAY too small. I figured, what the heck, this one looks like the right size at least, and when I got it, I was SO excited because it is exactly what I need. The battery AND plug charging options are great for traveling or needing it in a place with no plug if necessary. I highly recommend this, and will be buying this kind from here on out. ... show more

What a great mirror! For the price, which I thought was so inexpensive, it’s very nice! Lights up nice and bright, touch dimmer works great, has multiple magnifications. Only the middle main mirror has the light surrounding it just so you know. I bought it for a kid’s birthday (she’s really into make-up) and we liked it so much my daughter and I both ordered one also. Happy with this buy. ... show more

So far, I love it. As you can see in the pictures, I have it plugged. If you have lights off, you could do your make up well, due to how bright it can be. I enjoy that i can dim the lights. It rotates almost a full 360 -obviously can't b/c of the stand-, which is great, you just turn it around flip it over and can continue to the other side of the face. If you wax any part of your face by yourself, I definitely recommend. With the light, magnifying mirrors, and stand, it makes a great mirror to have. I can't wait to travel with it. ... show more
