I had tried using a couple other ab belts/stimulaters and they really didn’t work and broke the first couple weeks I had them, so I was very skeptical. The first time I used this, I could really feel it and that was on low levels. I have been using this for over a week along w/ regular exercise and I definitely have toned up more than a normal week w/o this product! I wear it while riding my bike and my muscles feel like I’ve put in a full workout! While one of the arm/leg pads was defective upon purchasing- I contacted the seller and not only did they set things right, they did so w/o a hassle and were extremely cordial. I’m very pleased w/ this product and highly recommend this if you’re looking to tone up along w/ regular exercise. Also, this is a company that stands behind their products so you can be guaranteed that you will be taken care of!

The sensations run from pulsating to slightly shocking depending on the settings. The USB chargers are fairly easy to recharge and snap onto the actual pads. The negative is the sticky side of the pads are good for only a short term and must be held in place with something firmer. Elastic bands proved to tight for midsection so I used a tight pullover and just layed back trying to hold them in place with my hands. The fingers can actually get a mild shock if not careful in handling and attempting to adjust controls. It is a relatively good idea and unique concept for attacking stubborn fat on the lower belly but it might take months of daily use to actually show any results if any. Improvements would be a remote controller and a better way to hold the unit in place. Possibly reusable Velcro stick ons to an adjustable thin belt of some type could be created. The stretchable exercise bands I tried just rolled up and cut off circulation so still experimenting. I did not see a need for the two other stick ones as my arms and legs do not get flabby just by working out. That stubborn strip of gut fat has survived hundreds of sit ups a day and a total weight loss of over 50 lbs so hoping this device will eventually help break up the most stubborn flab or it's sana bella liposuction time. This device is far less costly and worth a few months of testing before such extremes are the last resort. You just gotta love the science behind it but it may need to hurt a bit more to get quicker results. Time to crank it up and see how much zap I can take! Update! After the first week of about 2 uses per charger it suddenly just quit working. No matter what mode or level I set with any of the 3 chargers there is hardly any feeling and what you can feel only lasts about 30 seconds. All were fully charged and had each been used only twice. Good idea if they can improve reliability. I would not recommend unless they improve the quality.

I bought this for my husband and he is very satisfied with it. I was very skeptical that something like this would do anything at all, but I was proven wrong. He tried it at the lowest setting on the first day for the amount of time suggested and the next morning when he woke up, he said he felt like he really did have a workout he said he could feel it in his stomach. It felt like he had done a lot of crunches. He uses it every other day and it works perfectly. He hasn’t had any issues with it.

My expectation is that this device would work but would have much power. And boy did I have no idea. I place the abs part on to mode 3, and by setting 6 of trying to see what intensity level I could tolerate it was over for me! Lol, I really wasnt expecting that and I wasn’t used to the device to properly turn it down and so in a panic to try and cycle back zero I just kept pressing the same button that got me to 6 in the first button, which I now know is the + button for moving up on the intensity and almost died a little. So needless to say, this thing it extremely powerful when it needs to be and I don’t see how anyone can tolerate the intensity its capable of but its really good to know its available as an option. I just received it yesterday and tried last night, so too early to say what the results have been. But my goal is to either use daily, every other day or at minimum 3 times a week for about a month and see where that gets me. A little background on why I purchased this…I had an abtron device many years ago and was pleased with it but didn’t use often. Flash forward to now…I have been dealing with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue for almost if not about a decade. I can no longer work out and doing so would be counter productive if I tried being that the more active I am, the more pain and fatigued I get which ends in a flare up and those can last days to weeks to months and I can’t afford to be down that long. On top of the fact that my muscles are depleted before I even get started. That said this is the better and beat option for me to try and restore and maintain muscle tone in my body especially where I want it. It will be interesting to see if I can retain any muscle tone with this now that I am dealing with different things these days than I was when I got my other device. Will try and update my review with more results. My only complaint and reason for a lesser rating, is that the current gel pads already attached to the strips do not hold well or stay in place while using. I literally had to hold the ab ones down in place to get the best use. It comes with a lot of gel replacement tabs, however have not yet switched them out to see if they’d be any stickier. The instructions state you are supposed to get 10-15 uses out of them before needing to switch them out for a new one. I am thinking, if they are all like that I would have to search for an alternative solution otherwise this thing won’t be all that useful regardless of any intensity. Instructions? Not to use it! Biggest purchase mistake I ever made. Comes with all kinds of pads? That you glue to your body? I don't know, nothing that came with the box told me anything about how to use it. It appears you affix parts to your body and connect battery powered pod? to the pads? You probably have to buy replacements? Pads reusable? I would think there would come with it instructions on how to apple, use and what not to do - and if reusable. I asked for return immediately.
