The instruction for this is very lacking, but it is not that difficult to figure out. In the photo that I uploaded, you can see the squares in the belt. These are the pads that you need to moisten with water. The large belt is for your abdomen and the other two for you arms or you could use on calves maybe, There is one extender, which is basically a piece of velcro to use if the belt is too small. The circular controllers snap into the two button things on the belts. Just like buttoning a jacket or something, snap it on. Put the belt on and hit the plus button until you achieve the desired intensity. The M button cycles through different modes or rhythms of the pulses. The pulse intensity gets pretty strong. I didn't go past 3 myself yet. A nice plus is the USB-A to three USB-C cable so you can charge all the controllers at once.

It’s kinda feels like you are being shocked. It takes sometime to get used to but just start off light and work yourself up. I am going to continue using this product and hopefully in a month or so I will see results. I’ll keep you posted.

The media could not be loaded. This abdominal stimulating belt comes with a belt, and two armband sleeves for each arm. It also comes with an extra piece with velco, so if you need to make the belt or one of the armbands larger, you can attach another piece. I think with that extra piece, it would work well around your thighs also. It also comes with a mini squirt bottle you fill with water and spray on the backside of each one of the bands. it has three circular shaped control devices that you attach onto each band. Each of these is rechargeable and it comes with a nice cord so you can charge all three at the same time. I think the idea is to use electricity to tighten your muscles. I think it’s a pretty innovative idea. I can actually feel the tingling. It feels good, but, at first, it was different for me. I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s much more than a massage because of the electrical current. I would not call it comfortable or uncomfortable. It’s just something you have to experience. You can adjust the intensity to your own personal comfort level. It comes with decent instructions. A nice box which is great for gifting or storing. It’s doing something! You can really feel it working. Everything is functioning exactly as described, and the price is in line with other products of this nature. I hope it works out just as well for you!

Pretty pleased with the package itself and what it contains. I've used tens units before for back issues and this could almost work for that except you can't specify the areas fired for pain relief. I love that the pads are built-in, not gel, and only need to be moistened with tap water from the included spray bottle. Also loved the extender belt for those of us trying to shed a dad bod for the new year. So far so good, I'll be back to take away a star for three or move this to five once I've completed my four week regimen.

I am unsure of the results you will receive from using this device. I will update that after a few months of use. The stomach one works well but the bicep belts are more stimulating. At least it feels that way and it may just be the difference in muscles.

I liked the fact this set came with 3 separate rechargeable modules that are all interchangeable with the straps. I found I like the M3 setting so far after quickly trying each one. You will want to make sure you moisten the pads before using the belt(s) otherwise it will be very uncomfortable and feel more like getting poked with a needle or hairs pulled out on each pulse. If the pads have good contact you should just feel your muscles contracting and no real discomfort from the devices. The only comment I have would be the arm bands are not easy to get on snug with one hand.

Thankfully the set comes with an extender for the belt to allow it to fit my FULL body. The adapter cable comes with an USB 2 to three USB C adapter so you can charge the three power pucks at the same time. Not only does it have an ABS simulator, but one for each bicep also. Remembering to spray the belt with water, using the included bottle sprayer, I started at the lowest setting. I am now up to level 9. You can definitely feel the unit applying a simulating pulse to the skin. Is it effective, I don't know yet after 4 uses. More to follow.

I’ve used various tens devices for years and this one is top quality. The belt and cuffs are well made and comfortable. The included directions are minimal at best but the instructions shown on the Amazon site are great. Comes with a waist belt and extension, two sleeve belts and three tens controllers. Very easy to use. Ensure you first either dampen the skin or use a tens gel before putting on the belt or cuff. Next, select one of numerous modes and intensity. This is extremely versatile and well made. You definitely feel the flexing of muscles responding to the stimulation. Great addition to work out and diet regimen for best results.
