I have a old heavy canoe that I love, but it is so hard to move around, getting it to the water. This is just what I have been looking for, only down side is that the canoe is almost to big and does not hold the canoe as well as I would like, but it works.

For the life of me I cannot get this to work for further than 20 feet before the tires get all caddywampus and the strap begins to twist. Maybe it is because I have a larger heavy fishing kayak but I've tried 10+ times to get this to work with only once having what could be considered middling success. If you have a smaller kayak I could see this being a good fit but if you have a big boy kayak then go ahead and invest in a better dolly. ... show more

We had a long walk to the beach, this set of wheels made it manageable. They work well on sand. The strap is not quite all that but is easily replaced with something better. All in all though, it is worth the money!

Not sure the pins holding tire will effect tire core wear. First order had tire that wouldn’t inflate. Amazon promptly replaced order. Fits 17 foot canoe fine and helps with moving it around.
