We have a way too firm mattress that deceived us when purchased. Been waking with aches and pains for almost 5 years now. Did the review research on toppers and chose the 3 inch ABENE and boy did we hit the jackpot. No more waking with aches and pains all over. I settle onto the 1 inch quilted topper with the 2 inch memory foam on the bottom and don't have to toss and turn at all.
