It was my first time skimming in a long time. I bought these to help grip the board. Very easy to install, just peel the back and place on the board. I held pressure on them for a minute or so to make sure they stuck tight: I had my board in the water for a few hours per day for a few weeks now and it has not become loose or started to peel off yet. The 3M adhesive is for REAL! Make sure you set it correctly. Spacing. Left. Right. Up. Down. Is a crucial component for any stomp pad. It's either right, or you're buying another one, and giving it a second go.
