It was easy enough to assemble and is a great aid to when learning or first beginning your sit up routine. The only major drawback is finding a surface that the suction cups will adhere to. It is a great device, and perfect for when you need an assist with a sit up.

I ordered this for some core work outs and how disappointed I am. It was free as part of the vine program but I wouldn't recommend it to people even to choose free. It's so flimsy and lightweight there is no way it holds up to adults putting tension on it. It's awkward to even try using and feels like it's about to pop off or break the second you use it. It will undoubtedly either sit in the garage in case any of the parts ever come in handy for a project or end up in the trash. It's unfortunately unusable and unstable.

I couldn’t really get it to suction well at all. It would stay for a couple of minutes and then pop right back up. (I wasn’t using it on carpet of course) but when it would stick it was actually pretty helpful having the handle to help pull me back up.

The instructions on how to put this together were not helpful. I figured it out, and took pictures as kind of a step by step, and hopefully they will upload in order. I like that I can adjust the distance where my feet go so my husband can use this as well. Some people said it didn't stick to the floor, but what worked for me is I cleaned the floor, and got the suction cup a little wet, and then stuck it to my tile. It held pretty solid. I was able to do sit ups without it coming up, so it worked well for me. The resistance band hooks on to a wielded metal loop. That is a little scary to use for me because I am afraid the whole thing is going to come up and smack me in the face, so I am more focused on keeping my feet on the push up bar than I am using the resistance band. I think we have all seen the videos with the resistance bands mishaps. That is my own paranoia though. It really does suction to the floor well. It's also really easy to use, which is nice. Keep in mind what you are trying to suction these cups to. I have shiny, non porous tiles. If you are trying to stick this to anything porous, like an exercise mat, or unfinished stone tiles, or anything that is uneven or rough, it isn't going to stick. If you want to know if it would stick, get any suction cup and test the surface you would want to use it on. if the suction cup doesn't suction, this is not for you.

This little abs workout device is perfect for home gyms or bedrooms or even offices! It's small and light enough to stash away easily, but still provides good foot resistance for when doing abs without a partner. The pull also allows you to add a bit more resistance to your sit-ups, and since it just clips on you can also switch it out for some other kind of dynaband if you want. The suction cups are very sturdy and makes it more secure when in use. I only wish that the foam pads were more solid and better quality foam, the ones it comes with can easily tear. I received this item for free, but even at $0, it’s not worth the risk. If I had paid the full price, I’d be returning it immediately. The device is marketed as an ab training tool with suction cups to secure it to the floor and resistance bands to assist with workouts. The suction cups barely hold any tension, and more concerning is the way the resistance bands are attached — using what looks like a cheap rubber band stretched over a bead, similar to something you'd find on a craft necklace. While lightly testing the resistance by hand (not even using it in an actual workout), one of the bands slipped out. Had this happened mid-exercise, there’s a real chance the bead could have launched and hit me in the face. The rubber itself is soft and fragile — more like a popped balloon than true exercise-grade material. I would not trust this item to be functional at all. This is not just poorly made — it’s a real safety concern. I’ve included photos so you can see my concerns about the rubber, including the bead that popped out. I strongly recommend avoiding this product, and I believe it should be removed from the market before someone gets seriously injured.

Upon assembling this device, I was immediately skeptical. The device as a whole is very wobbly with each piece fitting poorly into the next. But I thought, “Maybe it won’t matter when used and the tension from exercise will pull it together.” I don’t know if this was true as I couldn’t get it to successfully suction to any surface. I tried to get the devil to successfully suction to an exercise mat, my garage floor, and the kitchen floor. While the suction seemed to function (the lever moves into the correct position), the slightest about of pressure (about the same as picking up a paperback book) pulls it loose.
