For the price point, this is a decent product. It has a robust metal bar and the plastic "tire" seems like it will hold up over time. The roller arrives in pieces and you just slide them all together. The downside of this is that the handles comes off way to easily. The handles aren't cushioned very well and they are small, so not great for anyone with large hands. The small size does make it easy to store. I have two dogs and a cat and carpet in the living room, so I noticed right away that the plastic "tire" was a hair magnet. Just using the ab roller for a few minutes ended with it was coated in pet hair. That is added maintenance that no one wants as it doesn't just brush off due to static electricity. The kit also comes with a tiny mat. I can't figure out the use of this as it is too small to use for anything, so it is basically just trash. There are a few exercises that are listed on the back of the instruction sheet, but not many. Sure, I can use the internet to look up exercises, but it would have been nice to have more than just a few. So, if you are looking for an inexpensive, basic ab roller, this might be the one as it does what it is supposed to do and I am using it for it's intended purpose, hence the three stars.

It's really nice to have this around since it's very compact and there's multiple exercise you can do with it. You don't have to even bring it to your house. You can leave it at your office if you want to use it during your breaks. It does provide a series of exercises that you can use, which I would highly recommend reviewing and see for yourself how nice it is to have this go to item.

This is well made ab roller wheel. We like it very much. It's easy to use,we work hard to get the strength,this wheel helps us. It's easy to put the parts together and exercise with it. The wheel is pretty wide with rubber straps to make it stable,and the form handle is soft and comfortable to hold. It's a good little equipment for home gym.
