This item was very flimsy it did not even stick to the floor. Was not strong enough to hold me so I can do the exercise

    • Won’t stick to my textured tile floor.
This ab trainer was fairly intuitive to understand how to put it together. Didn’t take long. I liked the foam pads, it looked like it would be comfortable to use. I was so excited to try it. But alas, our tile floor has a little texture to it, causing slight variations in height, so the suction cups on this device would not stick to our floor. I really don’t have any other flooring that this would work on. I’m so disappointed. I don’t know how to use this if it won’t stick to the floor. I certainly can’t pull against it without the end being stable. I’m at a loss here. I would say if you have perfectly slick clean marble floors, maybe this will work for you. If not, I would recommend searching for a different type of product. I’m giving it some stars for the nice materials of the product itself, but it just wouldn’t work in my situation. ... show more

    • No excuses to not do your sit ups
This actually works. I thought it was gimmicky. You do have to assemble, there are no instructions but you can figure it out from the picture. I used this on my granite and wood floors. You have to make sure you push hard and then clamp to get good suction. I did sit ups and this did not budge. Then I had my son do the same and again it didn't move at all. To have this ab trainer plant tight on the hard surface, I found that I have to apply pressure onto the suction cups first before pressing down, otherwise the suction cups will loosen up easily. The best way it seems for me to use the drawstring is for me to sit on a chair, then I can do some light resistance training. Overall the quality of the material is not high, especially for the foams and the drawstrings. ... show more

I am super disappointed. First no assembly instructions came we had to figure it out. Second the most important it does not suction to the floor. Not happy.

    • Didn’t work on our hardwood floors
I was unable to get this to stick to our hardwood floors. It only works on the kitchen and bathroom tiles.
