okay this is a fantastic item. it is very sturdy and the quality feels great and that it would support my 220lbs weight. the lime green does stand out a bit but it is in my office so no one will see it! for me it works wonders, I was able to do sit ups easily but for my hubby who's already fit.. he was like what is the point of this thing? I rated based on my usage/experience and not his. so if you are not the most fit person like me.. this is great. it's a stepping stone to working out. they said you can do other exercises with pictures and everything but for me it's about the sit up and maybe overtime I can do the others. So first impression, it is great. The seat/cushion is comfortable and it does help make sitting up easier. I dock a star because it does feel a bit over price, I see almost the exact same one from a different brand for 45% cheaper so yeah there you go..
