I've updated my review. After going back to investigate further, both lights do work and they are very bright. There must be some issue with my vehicle. Both lights work on one side and neither light work on the other side. I checked the voltage and it was ok. Then I checked for neutral and found that the plug on vehicle had ground on wrong side of plug. Swapped neutral and both sides now work. The wiring diagram is wrong, red is not positive, is negative. I thought they were not going to work, until I reversed the leads. Other than that, very pleased with them.
