I love my new sink faucets. We had them installed in our bathroom remodel with a fair amount of ease. Honestly, we had to buy four, to get two. One leaked from the inside of the handle, another one came with the wrong pop up drain ( black, instead of chrome) but they were easily returned through Amazon. I am really satisfied though with my final product! They are beautiful, look really high end, which I would expect from Delta. The shiny chrome is fabulous. So I am giving five stars, even with the returns and exchanges. I love them! ... show more

    • Great faucet, terrible flow rate (thanks to the EPA, not the manufacturer).
4 stars for now... I will update if anything changes. I'll get right to it: my only complaint thus far is that the flow rate sucks. It's adequate but I want more volume/pressure at my bathroom faucet and I have great water pressure in my house. *****This is NOT the manufacturers fault rather regulations (laws) enforced by the EPA to limit what flow rates can be manufactured/sold in the US.***** I purchased this in March 2025 so it's only been in use for about 2 months (installed in April). Fit and Finish appear to be great. I'll report back if this changes over time. Faucet installation was quite easy (albeit faucet installation for most faucets is always a pain in the neck, back, side, et. al....) with only basic hand/plumbing tools. You might want a tube of kitchen/bath silicone caulk although it's not 100% necessary. Delta provides a "tool" to tighten the center water spout and a tool to remove the aerator. I have a grand suggestion: (listen to me now, believe me later) put those tools in zip-lock type baggie and tape the bag somewhere inside your vanity or hang them off the stop valves so you don't lose them. You can thank me later! Anyhow..... I chose Delta brand because of their reputation and the faucet design fit nicely with my other bathroom accessories. I'm a professional homeowner (I once was contractor doing many bathroom remodels) so I try to review objectively. ... show more

They came in quickly and well packaged. I love the timelessness of polished chrome. It doesn't go out of style. I had brushed chrome in the house we moved in and, although new, they always looked dull. I replaced them with these polished chrome and they look so much better, cleaner. I like the high neck and simple design. The lever handles help with my hands. They swivel so easily too and the push down plug works easily. I'm very pleased. ... show more

    • Water now smells like plastic
I bought two 9f these to replace my bathroom sink fixtures. One of my old ones had a minor leak that left water on the countertop. So two of these for $300 and $400 for a professional plumber to install the. So I'm $700 in. The water coming out of the sink smells like plastic and chemicals. Totally unacceptable after three weeks, leaving the water running for hours trying to purge the smell. No luck. So now I won't even brush my teeth with that water. My hands smell of chemicals after I wash them. Delta has rendered my two sinks unusable. I can't believe it. Big company like that using what seems to be dangerous materials - as far as I'm concerned, I'm burned for $700 AND Amy home has lost value and comfort. DO NOT BUY THIS, OR ANY PLASTIC HOSE FIXTURES. KEEP YOUR FAMILY SAFE. This product is leaching bad things into my water. I invite the CEO of Delta to come over and drink a few gallons - I am actually considering legal action. Update November 9. Over a month. The water still smells awful. It has to run a full minute to clear the smell. If you run it after it has been sitting overnight then wash your hands and they stink. I would never buy this again. Look at Moen instead. Delta has been unresponsive, and i feel I wasted $700 on 2 faucets and a plumber. Im building a house next year, guess what, I won't even consider Delta. I don't believe the water is safe from this faucet. Plastic leaching still after a month! The feds should be looking at this.
