Three different brand screen protectors. The first two had different issues. The FIRST brand was awful. The store rep from the place I bought my phone didn't care very much when he applied it. When I questioned him why the fingerprint sensor wasn't centered and why there were air bubbles over the fingerprint censor, he told me it was normal. Pro tip: Don't count on the sales reps at the phone stores to know what they're talking about. I received a lot of misinformation about the fingerprint scanner, a poorly set up phone (the guy didn't turn in the "touch screen sensitivity" option in Android that is specifically meant for screen protectors, not did he inform me or probably any of his customers about it. I finally decided the problem was with the first screen protector and decided to ditch it. The SECOND brand screen protector was a different one I ordered from Amazon. It came with the standard two protectors, giving me two tries to get it right. Even after following the instructions very closely (at this point, I've installed many screen protectors in my life), the thing installed with many bubbles. They offered a tool to remove the bubbles. The tool ALMOST worked except it broke the screen protector right at the end. On my second try the tool scratches the inside of the screen protector. So I threw the second brand screen protector into the trash. Like Goldilocks, THIRD is the charm. That would be this screen protector, AACL. I'd never heard of the brand, but the price was right, as were the reviews. This was the easiest screen protector I've ever installed. And it installed perfectly. I have no idea how they managed to have no bubbles from the very beginning, but I'll bear witness. I didn't have to work out a single bubble. This is an excellent screen protector. I'll give one small piece of advice though. Use the tool provided to first run very slowly and firmly over the fingerprint sensor starting one end, moving towards the other. If you do this slowly enough, there will be no cloudiness over the fingerprint sensor, which will make you fingerprints read better. This is probably how you're supposed to install ALL screen protectors on the S23 Ultra (the internet sends to indicate that it is), but even the sales reps didn't seem to know this. I'm just passing the knowledge along. I'll give a well-earned 5 stars for this screen protector.

After a whole year of trying 5 different brands over time, this is the ONLY one with a guide and squeegy worthwhile! Not only that, the installation was smooth without incident. We have over 10+ devices at home that I regularly add/change 9h screens for. The S22 Ultra set of screens have been the most difficult to FIND. Difficulties have been: * 9H plus correct thickness * circle/hole are that never seems to stick making it look worse than sticking uneven tape on the phone * circle/hole area that's actually a hole (GREAT for fingerprint recognition, but horrendous for potential chip in the middle * ones that are so flimsy that they crack on install - before the install was even smoothed out, the edges were already chipping * screen isn't actually smooth to the touch - yikes THIS Kit: * allowed for quick and simple install * the tempered glass is thinner, but smooth * glue/stickiness isn't the full screen * only top and bottom edge have the black lines * While there is a visual circle in the middle for a thinner area for fingerprint, it is NOT A FILM - the surface is uniformly tempered glass * It comes with an install guide, and a squeegy as well as the regular wet/dry wipes and 2 screen protectors, and a quick tip sheet in re-registering your fingerprint after install as well as how to best solve fingerprint not being read issue ***** I did NOT have to set my screen display to "active" and "show always" like it was suggesting in order for my fingerprint reader to work properly! Warning: Those of you with great eyesight that don't want to see a dot grid on your screen when your phone is off, this may not be for you. Also, instead of picking up finger grease, it is picking up FINGERPRINT on the surface. Hope this helps you determine if it is for you! At this point, after the other 5 brands, I can say this is the one I'm most satisfied with currently and will update if anything changes.

I know that user-error is probably the #1 reason for bad product reviews. But I PROMISE, I followed ALL the directions perfectly (even watched the video), and had an excruciating time trying to reset my fingerprints! The installation of the screen protector was easy and it looks pretty good on my phone. No bubbles or weird pockets. BUT... even after I followed the directions of changing the settings on my display, my fingerprints wouldn't take. It kept saying "press harder" or "press longer." I felt like I was beating up my phone! I was about to chuck this thing in the trash, when I saw that 16% of my fingerprint finally picked up... Then 24%... etc. But then, it would stop working... right around 80%. So I kept pressing. It was exhausting and not at ALL as easy as the instructions say it is! :( They have printed on the instructions, "If your experience is not up to your satisfaction or expectations, please contact us first before posting any comments, so that we can satisfactorily resolve any issues you may have." But there is LITERALLY NO CONTACT INFORMATION on the package! So I've resorted to doing something I hardly ever do... I'm leaving a review. SUMMARY: The install is easy. It looks good on your phone. But resaving your fingerprints is HORRIBLE. It will make you think it is defective and will not work with your phone. Only after the 46th time of pounding your thumb against the screen will it (possibly) show that you've successfully saved 16% of your print. Because I kept going - even with sore fingers, I was finally able to save my prints. And yes, if you are successful enough to actually save your prints, you do have to press a little harder to wake up your phone, but not enough for it to be an issue. If you decide to still purchase this, I just want you to be prepared is all. Hopefully, you'll have better luck than me. UPDATE: Now my fingerprints have stopped working all together. I tried it a second time with the 2nd protector in the pack... No success. I'm done with this.

Easy enough to install. Looks good. Disclaimer I am hard on my robots, AND!!! No matter how many times I reset the finger print it eventually stopped reading and I would have to reset the phone and redo my finger prints to the point that I just stopped using my reader and went back to swiping in a code. Which brings me to the next part. The first screen in the pack I used (didn't last long) wasn't picking up my swipes on all of the screen. I figured it was a miss alignment from install. After it cracked across the middle above the finger print circle, the first time (Read, I'm hard on my robots) it worked better. After installing the next screen, It didn't work as good. Some areas were sensitive, and others not so much. However! After the first real drop. the whole screen protector popped off! I cleaned it and re-attatched it! It lasted for a few more months and then started just popping off at weird times. Same issues with the finger print reader, it worked for a short while then had to be reset. Over and over again. If you don't mind not using the finger print reader It is a great screen protector! Won't buy it again though! I bought the newest phone to have use of all its features, and this was annoying! Can't recommend it!

Great Product. Dropped my phone several times and was left with scratches and a huge mess in the corner. Thought the actual phone screen was destroyed. But the screen protector worked impressively and the phone screen itself was perfect. Installation with the installer they provide is super easy. Takes 30 seconds. The fingerprint reader never looks perfectly clear (I used 3 of these already) and I usually have to reprogram the fingers, but that is not a big problem. Never have an issue after the first reprogramming. I really good product and you get two screens for a good price. Well worth buying. UPDATE: This product continues to be phenomenal. Screen has scratches and a bad corner. Removed protector and screen was still perfect. Had a little problem with fingerprint recognition. Waited a few hours and pressed hard with my finger and now works perfectly.

I bought this for my Samsung Galaxy S22 plus. My main concern was if the fingerprint sensor would work. It did! I followed the instructions to change the phone settings, and I also saved my right thumb 3 times. And it works really well. There might be about a 10-15% decrease in fingerprint readings, but it's not very noticable. This is a glass cover, and it feels better than my actual screen. I also saw a bunch of reviews that has a dot on the protector where the fingerprint sensor it, but this one does not have that. I think the dot is for the S22 Ultra, but for some reason the reviews for the Plus and Ultra are lumped into the same thread. I had a different brand protector before, and it only worked 10-15% of the time, this brand is WAY better. I would definitely get it again! And the plastic guide to assist installing the cover was really nice as well. I am a very particular and precise person when installing these, and that guide made this much easier. I should also add that I put pressure at the fingerprint area for several minutes after install to ensure that area adhered firmly.

Having read that glass protectors need special consideration be given to finger print reading, I purchased this protector which claimed to allow the reader to work even if it required more effort. Packing and the install procedure are excellent and I had no difficulty installing a clean and elegant glass screen protector. Instructions are clear and the final installation looked fine. Touch sensitive in normal use was fine but often was a little unresponsive unless I was very positive in my finger actions. However the finger print sensor was almost useless after installation, often failing to register before the number of tries exceeded the application security limits, causing me to need to enter passwords. I carefully followed the instructions using the squeegee and waiting for the finger print area to 'dry out'. I set the sensitivity to the higher setting on the phone and reregistered my finger print to get it to work. However after an initial period of a couple of days where the finger print sensor would register 60% of the time, it became almost useless and would only register 1 in 10 or 15 times and then by using extra pressure. It was also very sensitive to the condition of my finger to which the screen without protector seemed to be have little or no sensitivity. I eventually gave up and removed this protector deciding that the extra protection afforded by a glass protector was not worth the loss of the finger print detection needed for my banking apps. and I purchased a standard plastic protector from Samsung which works fine. This is a great glass protector with their added screen protection if you not need to use the finger print security features of the phone, otherwise I would recommend looking at non glass based protectors.

I purchased this item after messing up two screen protectors that came with my new case. This item comes with a frame to help align the protector, and it did not disappoint. Got the first protector on easily and aligned perfectly with help from the frame. The glass is standard quality with camera hole cutout. I had to register my fingerprint again, but that was no big deal. The fingerprint is working better now after using it for a day, and the glass looks great on my phone with no degradation to visibility or function. Fit my display perfectly. Happy with purchase!
