The product doesn't seen that bad, pretty easy to use, I did first expect it to turn off right away when tapping it off but it's a slow turn off-again, completely fine and quickly got the hang of using it. My only issue is I bought this new, $20 ($19.99+tax or however the exact amount is) and the edges look visible worn. It was very protected in packaging with foam corner covers and everything so I really dont think this to be a "dropped the box" kinda deal. I also recieved this right before I had to leave for work so no one could've damaged it in the time I brought it in to the time I opened it. I included a picture of some of the corners, the worst one out of all, the others just have peeling paint, nicked edges etc. I'm not one to be like:OMFG ITS DAMAGED GIVE ME A NEW ONE" it works completely fine and in my opinion thats great! All I needed. But it does kinda suck to pay full price for a used product..? Is there any support that can help me with this issue? Again, the product itself seems wonderful and as long as it works I dont see needing any replacement for the product. I'd just like some help understanding why the product seems to be used and not new ... show more

The pad was working fine. The light is not that bright even on the highest light level, but its nice for tracing regular white thin paper. For the price, it's not that bad, it works as advertised, however after of couple of months of using it, even after careful handling and storage the pad just fell apart, due to the poor sealing of the plastic. If you want a light pad for school artwork, this works fine, but if you want a light pad for more professional work, look elsewhere. ... show more
