The media could not be loaded. I ordered this printer I communicated with the “engineers” to try and help with the software (which doesn’t correctly work on my computer). The images does not print out accurately and I’m or willing to have to wait up till 4 am to have to speak with someone due to us being on very different time zones. So I put in for a refund we see the price of these printers. They had the printer sent back and said they will compensate me $200. I was in disbelief. I will never order from this company again.
