I’ve played around with this for a couple of nights. It’s easy enough for someone that has never done any engraving like me, but also gives you options to really refine the craft and eventually, hopefully, I will make some really nice unique things.

I am a physicist with a background in lasers, so for the money I did not know what to expect. Everything seems solid and well designed. The Air assist will be king in keeping the optics clean! I will echo the issue with the assembly instructions being unclear. The pictures would help, if the parts I received looked like those in the manual. generic phrasing and a lack of matching, quality images made for a few hiccups, but no huge deal. I got through it alright, but I could see how others would have a LOT of issues. Only problem was that the box did not come with the Focusing Tool, which is a bummer wince this laser is fixed focus. The tool is supposed to help you focus WITH or WITHOUT the shroud on, which would be GREAT... if I had it... They also don't seem to offer it commercially ANYWHERE, so you get one and you should never lose it. All in all, I am just getting this up and running but it seems well worth the money for what I will use it for. If I got that focusing tool, we would have had 5 stars.

First company contacted me with knowledge help on putting it together second this was extremely well packaged with quality foam. I haven’t started using it will update but everything about this has impressed me.

The media could not be loaded. Burnlab A20 Pro After your return window closes there is no way.to contact customer support. My screen went out and I emailed a Burnlab sales site several times and never received a response. I finally left a bad review and some one finally contacted me and promised they would resolve it. They asked me to send a video of my issue to the same email address that I had previously tried to communicate with . ( Amazon prevent us from sharing these details so they attached a picture with their email address on it) That was two weeks ago and several emails to both the burnlab email and the original seller " seredipity" and still no response . My original order was also missing a focus tool and I have addressed that as well. I just wish some one would respond. I actually think the product is good for a beginner but the after sales is so bad that I would probably advise you to go with an Atomstack A20 . in fact I believe that is the exact same item from the original maker , Burnlab just rebrand . Customer support always online ....NOT It is impossible to contact customer support If you are with customer support please explain. how we can actually contact you. Once the item is beyond return or exchange status the contact seller is no longer available. The screen died after two months and I have had no success in finding a replacement , mainly because I cant get in contact with the seller. I have sent countless emails to Burnlab but not one response...... The machine was delivered without the focus adjuster and yet another thing I can not find information about. I ave been guessing with a piece of 4mm ply but not sure if this is correct. I am sure its a terrific machine but for some one who bought this as an entry machine I am quite diaapointed in the lack of communication from the seller.

Assembly took longer than expected, printed instructions are a little difficult to follow. Watch the videos on amazon for better assembly instructions. Laser arrived without required TF card but was able to resolve with the seller after several days of emails.
