Delivery was ahead of schedule, customer service was quick to address issues. Unfortunately, after 100 miles check engine light @ 250 miles, the car started cutting out. Had the coils and (new NGK) plugs pulled and tested. Two of the coils were bad (all the plugs were good). UPDATE: I returned them to UPS 8/2/22, Dlvrd to company 8/5/22. It's now 8/14/22 I still have not received a refund! This company is trash! I replaced them with Bosch Coils on the 8/1/22, I have had no check engine lights since ! These were a direct OEM replacement for my 2011 Jetta SEL. Prior to installing these, I had misfires that I originally thought was a transmission problem (the ECU wasn’t throwing codes for the misfires). After replacing these and the plugs, my Jetta drives like new!
