Our kids are doing home school over the summer, and unique science experiments are always a big hit, so we got this to see what they could come up with (not sperm related, of course). This kit comes a whole bunch of mini slides, the collection cup and syringe, and 2 different lights. The concept is simple - collect the sample, and put a small amount on a clean slide in the holder on top of the camera on your phone. Then shine the light on the top of the slide, and whatever is in the sample is magnified and brightened. My kids have already been trying this out with pond water, tap water, water from the horse tanks, etc. I will note that the slides are glass, and the edges are very sharp, so this is not a kit for little kids, and requires care to keep from getting cut from the glass. ... show more
