This magnifier is the best. The eye relief it provides for 5x and the clarity of the glass is excellent. 3X power are nice but this really lets you get out there. It really allows your rifle to adapt to a lot more situations without needing to switch to an LVPO.

The EOTECH G45.The STS I received came factory sealed and is 100% authentic. I was able to register the magnifier successfully with EOTECH. The quality was fantastic, as expected. I bought this along with and EOTECH holographic sight. There was little adjustment to put it on the rail of my rifle (AR-15). You have to play around with the spacing to get the right focal point but it works well and is a good addition to the holographic sight. I have done some plunking since and I am pleased with it.

This magnifier is great and has crystal clear glass, but it just didn't work with my eyes and the reason I'm giving it one star here is not due to the magnifier but due to the attitude of the seller when I returned it, but later sent me an accusing harassing message saying I damaged it. Optic was meant when I sent it back to them and I only sent it back because it didn't work with the red dot sight and my eyes so there was nothing wrong with it. Not sure why they would accuse me of damaging it, because this came out of nowhere! Beware the seller if you need to send something back to them. I had to post this here because Amazon would not let me leave the seller any feedback.

I had a vortex 3x version of a magnifier and I loved it. The slight magnification was a game changer for my red dot and it was perfect, but the eye relief was too short to use back up irons. Long story short, eotech has better glass and I love the higher magnification. The eye relief is long enough that I can comfortable keep back up iron sights on the rifle and still use this. The adjustment dials are a bit more loose than I want them to be, but the quick detach lever just makes this magnifier that much better. When I don't want it on my rifle, it pops right off, and I can easily pop it back on without losing zero and save a bit of weight. Absolutely love it and would recommend this over the G34 3X version any day.

I’ve read reviews and have seen videos (about other products) on counterfeit products, but I can say with certainty that this one is legit and absolutely spot on with YT reviews. Not a flaw to mention on the Eotech G45. I registered it and look forward to many good years of shooting fun. It’s solid, rugged, and doesn’t add any noticeable weight to the firearm. The Quick Detachable base is easy to manipulate and when re-attached, it’s solid and secure with no wiggle play in it. I haven’t noticed alignment issues after pulling it to the side and returning it to its functioning position. All in all I can say that it was WELL worth the money.

I received my magnifier quickly, but there wasn’t any mounting screws in the box. I also notices the seal of the box was already cut. Since I can’t attach it to my weapon without the screws I can’t make sure the functionality of it. I will write another review after I am able to mount it. Also was this supposed to come with a protective case?
