  • Nice little generator
Style: 2000W-Dual Fuel
The media could not be loaded. Rare small generator that will run on propane. Does not come with oil but funnel and dip stick work well. Difficult to start on propane at first. Instructions say to hold regulator button for 3.5 seconds but this is not adequate. It’s also easy to hold it too long and prevent starting by flooding. After you dial it in, it runs without an issue on LP. Gasoline started without any difficulty. Checked the waveform with an oscilloscope and it is a true sine wave so it’s safe for any electronics within its power rating. I was right next to the generator making the video so the noise is tolerable. I can’t speak to long term reliability but all signs point to it being a good unit. ... show more

  • Fantastic value in a dual fuel 2000 watt portable.
Style: 2000W-Dual Fuel
It's about half the price of the Champion as of this review, and at $321 was the least expensive dual fuel inverter generator on Amazon. The unit is running right now on the back of our boat, in it's second hour of break in with it's second batch of oil. Once the propane was flowing it started easily on the first or second pull, which is quite smooth. Ran a 1400 watt heat gun no problem. It does not seem overly loud and seems to be running very well. There were no large metal fragments with the first oil change done after one hour. We don't intend on running gasoline, just propane which we use for our 5hp outboard and grill. This generator is for AC when we want it, our water maker when we need it, charging our lifepo4 bank if needed, and as an emergency power supply for a pump or whatever. The generator seems well made though wish they used different screw clamps - small complaint as they are easy enough to change out and we're using the generator in a salt water environment. With the built in 30a socket it's an easy fit on a boat or I imagine an RV. Great buy. ... show more

  • Excellent Customer Service !!
Style: 2000W-Dual Fuel
Had a small issue In the beginning when it came. It took a lot of effort to get going. Called Support, I sent them a video of what it was doing. They determined it was a hose/regulator and shipped me out another one without issue. New hose came and worked great. I would buy another one of these just because of the service I received from the company. Very impressive in an age where there is a lot of customer no service ! ... show more

  • Can Be TOUGH to Start
Style: 2000W-Dual Fuel
The media could not be loaded. Good generator but be warned it can be really tough to start in the cold especially. Took me maybe 50 pulls the other morning. And yes. I primed it according to manufacturer’s directions. Once it gets going though it’s great.

  • It doesn’t not work
I followed the instructions and it leaked out oil and ever would start. I am so disappointed. Thoughts anyone?

  • Great generator!!!
It was easy to set up and runs like a gem. Compared to our other generators it runs smooth and quiet. Looking forward to camping with it.

  • When using propane in cold weather
Style: 2000W-Dual Fuel
Customer service was excellent, Melisa Tascano was very patient with me in getting every right. I had tried to start the generator in 20* weather as instructed on manual. Filled the oil (there are 2 different recommended levels chose the lower amount). Primed the fuel line as instructed pulled started handle as instructed, after trying for 1/2 an hour gave it a break for 2 days. Try 2 after 1/2 a hour decided to call customer service and was lucky to get Melisa. step 1) Check the oil must be filled to the lower lip level (I didn't want to over fill) Step 2) Prime propane line pull starter as instructed, but DO NOT pull the choke out level in on Start. After several pulls it started let it run for 15 minutes quiter than my old Coleman generator. Had a small nick in my propane line and Melisa said she would check to see if see could get a new one sent out to me. Waited for 3 minutes it was a done deal. A new hose is on its way! Happy with customer service will try using regular gas to run it now. ... show more
