If goes according to your belly(stomach) size ..... I bought 1st x-large according to the size chart but end up stepping down to a smaller size. Thermal liner could be better ..... wearing in it in a 79 -84 degrees still don't make me sweat the way I want even if you are working out .

I have some pecs along with some fat. The vest was fitting on my stomach, but there left a weird gap in between my pecs. It technically fit well, but I was hoping for something tight all around rather than having some space.

The size chart is extremely off for my body. Has way too much excess fabric. Doesn’t hug tight at all. Feels like a waist trainer I bought on Temu for 6.00. Super mad about this. Returning asap! They really dropped the ball on this one. Should have an x-small size. Really upset.
