I was very skeptical about buying a couch I can’t physically see and touch but this couch definitely was what I was looking for. I needed a smaller sectional as my last set of furniture was too large and I wanted it to look elegant and fit nicely more so than I cared about comfort. There are a lot of reviews saying the couch is too firm and they are right! It is very firm but I have seen some improvement in the last couple weeks. It was very easy to assemble and comes with two throw pillows that I did not expect. This sectional was a great price and we loved the look. We were worried about ordering a sofa online but it came well packaged and easy to assemble in about 20 minutes. It’s definitely firm but most couches are at first. I love the feel and the storage ottoman is so handy! We’ll see how much of a beating it takes with a 5 year old but I’m very happy with it thus far! ... show more

The 3 piece set looks as good as its picture and is easy to set up. Parts are relatively light to lift, so handling into place for assembly is not hard. Be careful removing packaging; it would be easy to accidentally cut the furnature inside with box cutter knives. Construction is durable and it will take hard plops of even large people sitting down hard. Fabric is soft and comfortable to touch. However, the firm couch surface is too firm for best comfort - not ideal for cuddling up to watch TV. ... show more

This sectional took months to arrive. It is very small not comfortable at all. The pillows are not symmetrical and don't align correctly. Way over priced. The material is cheap and tears easily. Like i previously stated it took months to arrive. I called and complained several times when someone finally answered they offered a $60 credit which I have yet to see almost a year later!! The couch looks nice enough and was super easy to assemble. However its literally the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I've ever sat on. It feels like you're in a waiting room sitting on bricks. Dont buy this.

First off im just going to say dealing with the shippers is extremely aggravating. Not only will they refuse to help you move it even to your porch (they just dropped it in my driveway) but they also had to redeliver it 4 times because they came in the wrong truck (how they did it so many times is beyond me) or tried to get me to sign on one that had the wood ripped off the front (even the box was ripped open). Second, the “super strong velcro” is like a piece of cotton glued to the back to look like velcro. It doesnt stick and the cushions slide everywhere. Third, its VERY firm. It looks like its going to be comfy and even when pulling everything out i was touching stuff like “oh this must be the back” because of how hard they were but nope. That’s the seat. And lastly, it feels cheap. The legs are cheap little plastic pieces, the couch itself is hollow, and the velcro doesnt work. At least the ottoman is nice and its easy to put together ... show more
