I even purchased one I had to throw away because of toxic smell and soft corners. Extremely comfortable!!!!! It is a firm couch, which is what I was hoping for since I have a bad back. It’s incredibly soft and cozy. Easy to set up as all you have to do is take it out of the box, CAREFULLY cut open the plastic and let it fully open and set for 72 hours. The couch is sturdy but not overly heavy so it is easy to move. Would buy again, 100%.

This couch is absolutely amazing! It is extremely easy to assemble since it’s all foam, and comes in 3 different pieces that are max 70ish lbs each. You just (very carefully) cut open the plastic packaging and the couch begins to inflate immediately. It feels too squishy at first, but it definitely firms up within 24 hours and is now extremely comfortable. It’s so soft and looks so cute! The moveable ottoman is a great feature, since it can be pushed up against the chaise to make it into almost a full size bed for any guests. I was worried about the pieces sliding apart since there is no attachment mechanism between the sections, but the grip on the bottom has held up pretty well so far! It also is a great size- it can seat at least 5 adult people comfortably if you use the ottoman as a seat. I took away a star only because there is no real back support, since the back of the couch is very low. The included cushions help a little bit, but there isn’t much to lean back on. We have added an additional body pillow on top of the back but it’s still not great. For reference, I paid $591 for this couch and it was a good purchase! The ottoman came about a week later than the other 2 pieces, but the seller was very responsive when it didn’t arrive right away!

This couch is PERFECT. I got it without expectations since was way cheaper than my previous ones but it’s perfect. It’s huge and super comfortable. The fabric is also amazing. It’s super easy to assemble, since you just need to open and leave it for 3 days. Even my mom is in love with and wants to buy one for herself.

I got the U shaped sofa with the chaise and one ottoman. The sofa came one day and the ottoman came the next although I only got one tracking number. I ended up buying 4 throw pillows and got covers that matched the sofa because the back cushions aren’t the greatest. Otherwise the couch is great for the price and the room I’m using it for. Pretty firm but still very comfy.

Buying furniture over the internet is not something that I would normally ever consider doing. Especially furniture in a box!! But let me tell you, it’s pretty cool. Is it the most beautiful piece of furniture I own, thankfully, no. But it is comfortable to sit or lay on and still looks great as well. Like most people, I wish the backrest was a tad taller, but the pillows make it comfortable to lounge on and watch tv. I was concerned that it wouldn’t be firm enough to hold more than one adult sitting side by side without feeling like you are falling into each other, but it’s honestly better than your traditional couch in that aspect. I bought it on a black Friday sale and I’m more than satisfied so far. Go for it, I really don’t think you will regret it.
