This ink has done great so far and I have yet to run out of ink. One thing I will say is that it does not work with HP+ Services but I never used that anyways. If you are going to store this keep this in room temp and nowhere in direct sunlight. The cartridge is wet on the bottom end so be careful when removing the seal and putting it into your printer. You can easily get some of the ink on yourself. Also I have had no issues working with the other HP cartridges which is great so you do not have to replace all of them all at once and only replace what you need. I will say make sure to clean the area before you install. Speaking of installation for this, it is the same as the OEM installation. Nothing different needs to be done. The printer was able to detected the ink right away. I did a test print and it had no trouble on the first print. You can choose to flush the printer head if you wanf but not needed. It was well sealed so no ink leaked out. They are all individually sealed to keep them from being exposed to air if you do not need to use them just yet. I always put non oem cartidge on the scale and it weighs the same as a full OEM ink cartridge so that is a good sign. Upon printing my first sheet, I did not see any issues with the print although you may need to calibrate your printer. I did not need to do that thankfully. Regardless, it printed everything correctly and with no smears of any kind which is great. It was not loose and it did not over use the ink. Even on draft prints, it did a good job with not being too faded where I could not read it. I did not see any issues with alignment or too much ink. I am not entirely sure how many sheets have printed so far but it has not hit low yet. The printer did not have any issues with the cartridge nor did it reject it. There are no holes or anything that I can see on the cartridge so it does not look like it was refilled or anything like that. Overall this ink cartridge works great for the HP printer so far. It has not shown any signs of having low ink which is great. It is not rejected by the printer and does not cause any printing errors so compatibility has not been an issues. So far it has worked pretty much like an OEM so far.

When I ordered this item last Nov (2024), I read all the details about what types of printers it would work with and what it wouldn’t work with. At that time, there was no information saying it would not work for the *e series (which is what I have)— just that if you had problems you could call and the company they would help you with the logistics… so I took a chance and ordered it. It worked great and I was relieved! But last month (in February, one month after my return window had closed) we had a power outage and when the power came back on a few hours later, the printer would no longer work with these cartridges. Idk if there was a software update that happened at that time, but all 4 of these cartridges are 95% full and I can’t use them. 😩 I got back on Amazon to figure out how to contact the company to fix the problem, and I see that they’re now advertising that these cartridges are NOT compatible with the *e series (information that wasn’t there when I purchased them). I hate to leave bad reviews (and really, the product was great until it no longer worked for me), but I don’t know how else to contact the company to make this situation right. Please reach out to me and correct this issue.

These are advertised to work with HP 8030 series printers. Installed in my printer and everything was working great. Printed without issue for about 30 days. Printed in the morning and by the afternoon the printer wouldn't recognize any of the cartridges. I printed maybe 100 total pages out of the 1200 advertised. They all have plenty of ink left but I can no longer use them. I have used non-HP cartridges before without issue so these must have bad chips in them. Solution was to purchase original HP cartridges that worked immediately. Buy at your own risk, I won't make the mistake twice! 2/20/25 My original review covered the ink cartridges and how they failed me. Since then the company reached out to me with 2 available solutions to make things right. They showed excellent Customer Service, 5 star rating. I only wish these would have worked in my printer. They would have a customer for life!

Update Company reached out and sent me a new set of ink free of charge after seeing my negative review, the new set of ink has new chip that makes it work with the latest HP firmware update, so far the ink is working, color is ok not great but the black ink is perfect, I did not expect to have received anything from the manufacturer but this shows they want to have repeat customers, I have since updated my review and would recommend this seller as the ink is now functional, thank you! Stopped working, take care not to let the hp printer update to latest firmware, it will not accept non hp ink and this one was working ok, it would sometimes require a second print to get better color quality but as of last week my printer updated and it will not accept the cartridges any longer, says there’s a faulty cartridge installed and to replace even though these were used for 4 months prior.
