Description

Use these sturdy deer fence posts to support the invisible mesh barrier deer fencing. Use a Post Driver to drive posts at 15 ft to 20 ft intervals along your fence line. Each post has predrilled holes so Self Locking Ties can be used to attach the deer fence post to the fencing. 1/8 inch thick posts measure 1.25in X 1.25in.

These arrived and I was shocked at how heavy they were. I coated them in Rustoleum paint to prolong their life and installed them around some newly planted apple trees. These are suitable for mesh deer fencing or electric if you put insulators on. I have mesh up now and plan to add a solar fence charger and a couple of strands of wire. (I have VERY tenacious deer.) These are heavy duty thick steel. Mystified by reviews that said these are not strong, there is no way a bodybuilder could Bend these thick steel posts! But they are lighter than extremely heavy duty steel sign posts. Perfect and great price.

These are just what I need for affixing my deer netting. The. holes make it easy to affix the netting with zip ties (heavy duty of course). These posts are very heavy duty. I had previously used rebar for the fence, but the deer were able to bend it.

Excellent heavy-duty fencing! We sprayed with rustoleum before putting the stakes in the ground. They are solid and a great match for invisible deer fencing / netting.

My son used a post driver to I get these in the ground. I was concerned about our rocky, clay soil but they all went in ok. Some were a little harder to drive than others but that was the fault of the ground and not the product. I’m going to be buying some more soon.
