Not quite as nice as I'd hoped, but definitely functional. It was relatively easy to put together and didn't take much time at all. Some of the parts came bent. And some look like they were repurposed instead of specifically made for this item - extra holes with no purpose for example. While not a deal breaker, it cheapens the overall look plus collects dirt/dust that's difficult to clean out. Most importantly, I think the spacing of the bars is too wise. Amazon delivered on time, but a crucial part of the door is crushed and bent. The piece was also buried in the box, so it isn't like it was damaged during shipping. Someone at the factory put it in that way. Don't have the luxury of sending back or ordering new. I have critters that need it now. Just have to improvise and hope it holds. I got the 36 inch crate. This crate ships flat so you have to set it up, but it wasn’t hard. I love that it has wheels and I can wheel it around the house and keep it wherever it’s most convenient.
