The rug meets my standards somewhat, I just wish it was a little thicker... I'm planning on ordering another one. There's not too much shed and I found it easier to vacuum it with a hand held vaccum that way it doesn't take away the shag. Overall I'm satisfied.

I use this rug in my bedroom on a cement floor. Half of it is under my bed so it's not convenient to take outside to shake out. Plus: The grips on the underside are really useful and keep the rug in place when I vacuum. Minus: The grips are sticking to the cement floor and leaving marks when the rug gets pulled up. Plus: The rug has a soft pile, it feels nice on bare feet. The color blend is appealing. Minus: The pile is so long, the debris gets buried at the bottom. Vacuuming is ineffective. On the positive side, the rug is very soft on the top. It you wanted it to throw over a bed, it would probably work for that. That said, it is very thin for a rug and lacks a back that won't stretch. They sent it folded tight and vacuum-packed, which put stretched distortions in it that don't come out even after waiting for several days. I am very disappointed.
