I used this kit to test compression on two used poulan chainsaws I am working on. One measured 110 PSI, the other around 100PSI. I've heard that due to the valve location on the tool when used on chainsaws it shows lower than actual pressure, I'm unable to test the accuracy so its hard to rate.

It works as it should and you can't beat that price. The only issue is the adapter isn't long enough to screw in the cylinder head on older cars. I got a spark plug fouler and screwed gauge in it

Not sure of accuracy as I have no way of testing it but as far as ease of use and adapters to fit several different thread sizes, it works very well.

Amazing price nice package, but poorly designed. The adapter that I need to screw into the spark plug hole won't stay on the hose end. The adapter uses a rubber ring to seal to the hose end and as it's all brass you don't want to wrench down to get them to stay together. In my case there isn't much room to thread the tester in and once you get it tight enough to seal, when you go to release it and unscrew the tester, what usually happens is the adapter stays in the head/ plug hole . Trying to get the adapter out becomes a chore that if the adapter had a way to attach more securely would alleviate. ... show more
