This is a review for the 8kW version. I needed this for a sink in my garage and there was no hot water there. I'm in San Diego, and according to the chart, it should flow 1.5 gallons per minute. That isn't going to be okay for a shower. It does heat up sink water nicely, and this would probably work for a sink in most of the country. 8kW needs a 40A 240V breaker, and it should be dedicated to this heater, otherwise you risk popping the breaker. Installation should be done by a pro, unless you are very good with electricity and plumbing. Once it is installed, it is very easy to set the output temp and it is super quite in use. It is very close to my sink, so it does produce hot water from the faucet in only a few seconds. I think it is a great solution for $130.

We have a washing station at our business that I wanted to add heated water. I used this unit and had it plumbed into the cold water line feeding the station. We set it up in such a way that its adjustment knob is within a reasonable distance of the station so we can adjust it for our needs. Mostly, we leave it set fairly low and we get warm water and rarely change it actually. Its functionality is excellent. It has been operating for two months without an real issue. For our application, it will make warm to screaming hot water and is easy to use. It's install was SUPER easy for us. It only required a few new fittings and two hoses plus a new electrical line. It Works Perfectly - Great Value - Highly Recommended

This is a super nice electric tankless water heater. I was looking for something like this for a while to bring with us on our camping trip. We had gotten a propane one recently but I really liked this style and like how it is electric. This came very well packed and secured and matched up with the ad perfectly even down to the measurements. Everything was exactly as described to be very heavy duty very well made and definitely not cheap or easily breakable. My husband was easily able to get this all set up and once it was set up everything works exactly as expected. It was super nice very high quality and definitely worth every penny. Very impressed. Set up was a breeze and if you know what you're doing it takes no time to figure out. If you don't know what you're doing the instructions are easy to read and helpful for getting everything set up. Definitely a great quality product and a solid 10 out of 10. Worth every penny. We did not have a single issue and once you get it set up the water is definitely heated up to the temperature that you want

This is really not made to replace a water heater in a 23 bedroom, etc. house. There’s no way it’s gonna take care of that situation. This is for more like a garage where you have scrub sinks or a small bathroom at. Something that’s not really attached to the main house. As long as you’re gonna use it for that I think this is a really fantastic product. Don’t really think this is for the Lehman to install. I actually had someone do it for me. I’m sure I could’ve done it but it’s just a little too complicated where I didn’t feel comfortable. But it works. I got temperatures up to 150°. Perfect for the scenario, I light out. Considering all of that and the price this is good value for money.
