First off this camera is amazing!! We got this in hopes to bring with us to capture family moments during the summer. We have taken it to the beach & on the boat and our kids absolutely love it!!! It is super lightweight but I promise you it doesn’t take away from the quality or the durability of this camera. The kids have taken so many pictures with it! We love that they can take it with them in the beach and not have to worry about it getting messed up from getting wet. They love the front facing feature where you can view the picture from the mini front screen on the camera. They took it into the pool the other day and were taking selfies in the water. I have yet to have had to charge the battery after the first initial charge and I’m telling you, they have used it so much! It comes with an SD card as well so no need to go and purchase a memory card because you’ll have plenty of storage for your pictures and videos. Yes you can take pictures under water up to 33ft. I was shocked and the pictures come out very clear. It doesn't hurt the camera it doesn't glitch the screen out or make it damage in any way. Nor does it leak water into the camera. It's made very nicely to be able to go under water and be able to take those gorgeous pictures of the fish just like your fish finder. But this outbeats the fish finder by far. Super easy to use with all the functions and controls. All the accessories that come with it is needed so you can go under water and keep your camera still in new condition. The durability of this camera is spectacular if its made to take pictures underwater. I love it not bulky and can fit nicely in my gloves underwater. I bought this camera for a family trip where we were going snorkeling, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The first thing I loved is that it comes ready to use with its 64 GB card included, so I didn't have to buy anything extra. The image quality is amazing for the price. Record in 8K UHD and take very sharp photos up to 70MP, even underwater. The front screen for selfies was a plus that I didn't expect to use so much, but it's perfect for capturing moments without anyone's help. We used it on the beach, in the rain and even submerged (about 9 meters), and it worked perfectly: no water got in, it didn't get fogged up and it responded well at all times. In addition, it is resistant to shocks and dust, so I didn't worry about carrying it in my backpack. Highly recommended if you are looking for a practical, durable camera with excellent image quality, both for outdoor activities and for family use. ... show more

I plan to bring this camera to the great wolf lodge Waterpark this summer. Needed one that was waterproof and this does not disappoint. Great price for the pictures you get and connects with no issues! Easy to use cuz the buttons aren't overly complicated which is nice! Edited to add I tested it in the water and the picture quality is really good too! Worth the buy if you need one. I took my time looking through waterproof cameras and am glad with my purchase.     • Very poor documentation

WARNING PLEAE READ CAREFULLY: The documentation on how to use for this product is very limited and not very useful. Also the camera has one very poor function which is file delete. User can not delete all files at once. This means if you have say 100 pictures on the micro SD card you must go through a 3 step process to delete each file. This is a very irritating process and really makes using the camera tedious. After playing around with the charging cable I was able to discover one could read the camera file via a PC connection. This was not documented in any way with the users manual. With this it is possible to delete all the files on the micro SD card without removing it from the camera, but again if you do not have immediate access to a PC then deleting mass files is a total PITA from the camera. After trying to understand full functionality of the camera it stopped connecting to my PC and I was no long able to view files on the micro SD card as it would no longer connect to my PC. Had to cycle the power on/off many times before it would again work with my PC via the usb cable. The quality of the JPG photos is very low and all pictures seem to be lacking in color and very grainy. The flash does not flash it just stays on all the time when flash is needed. Also when I chose to force flash use it just turns on the flash and leaves it on, which would quickly drain the battery if it is not noticed. I understand this is only a $99 camera, but the very poor user documentation, the poor quality of the JPG photos no matter which resolution is picked and the weak flash makes this a no go for me. I am returning this camera tomorrow and will buy a different mode. I am close to my cruise time and if the new camera does not make it here in time, it is still better to not have a underwater camera than to have this one. ... show more
