I have a 1 to 4 HDMI splitter that is working but getting dated. I thought the supposedly updated/upgraded 1 to 4 HDMI splitter would be an improvement. But it works on one channel and when you add second channel it works for about 15 seconds and then shuts down. Tried it several times and each time it failed. Switched cables around and it still fails in 15 seconds on the second channel/output no matter where it is plugged in. The old HDMI splitter was put back into service and works fine. I'll keep looking for a higher resolution/newer splitter that works.

I had no issues at all with this splitter. It was easy to use. I had no issues with signal quality. For the price it is a great value. THe build quality is excellent and the inidicator light are a nice addition. I tested all of the resolutions except 8k. Switching is fast, I did not have black screens long. Used on a pc and xbox series x without any issues at all. This is a grea buy. power usb cable is a little short but works well. The USB cord could possibly be longer, one star off for that.
