Works excellent, but I am upset that they did not mention you have to buy a usb power plug to power this thing. The 5 volt power plug is the same a cell phone charging plug. It would have been nice to know this when purchasing this item. I almost returned this item after opening up the package. I purchased two of these spliters to send video from two devices to 4 large computer monitors that are spread out in my home gym. I can now watch streaming tv shows and workout videos at the same time on different switchable HDMI ports on the monitors.

This HDMI adapter does exactly what it says: one input slot, two output slots to show the same content. The housing is metal, which feels much sturdier than the lightweight plastic you often find on these. All the connections are firm and stay put without any issues pr interference humming. I used it to connect my camera to a TV for use as a monitor. The setup is straightforward: plug your source into the HDMI In port and your displays device(s) into the two HDMI Out ports. You'll need your own HDMI cables, and the other ends of those can be whatever your devices require, like USB to HDMI or mini HDMI.

Super easy to install. Allowed me to have a 2nd TV share the same Roku box. Basically, this just split the signal to additional screens. It doesn't allow the viewer to watch different programming on the other devices. But, I knew that before I purchased.
