Full Functionality
I read somewhere on the internet that for full functionality, one must hold in the 'SELECT' button for 3-5 seconds. Not sure what that means, but I will find out eventually.

Works solid - except for 120hz
No issues. Excellent device for my needs (multi-console gaming, AVR, Mirabox capture card) . Great build quality, easy to use, just set it and forget it. I hope I never have to replace it because there are so many options out there. Update: had to knock this down because it doesn't work for a 120hz signal from my Xbox. Same issues as an earlier commenter a year ago.

Great for sharing high quality videos, highly recommend it!
If you’re looking to share high-quality content across multiple screens without sacrificing resolution or refresh rate, this HDMI 2.1 splitter is an impressive option. With support for 8K@60Hz and 4K@120Hz resolutions, it’s designed for high-performance setups, whether you’re gaming, streaming, or watching movies. The 48 Gbps bandwidth ensures smooth, uncompressed transmission, making it compatible with the latest devices. You’ll appreciate features like VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) and ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode), which are particularly valuable for gamers aiming to eliminate screen tearing and lag. The splitter also supports advanced visual and audio standards, including HDR, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos, allowing you to experience dynamic visuals and immersive sound through setups involving soundbars or home theaters. Additionally, HDCP 2.3 compliance and HDCP bypass make it hassle-free when connecting to various devices, from streaming boxes to gaming consoles. For a dual-screen experience that doesn’t compromise on quality, this HDMI 2.1 splitter brings advanced features and reliability, ideal for users aiming to maximize the capabilities of their high-end displays and audio systems. Highly recommended!

for nearly 100$ fell short of acceptable.
it isn't the greatest, image being duplicated is not as clear as you'd expect from a 4k/8k image (yes the input is 4k) and there is a noticeable quality drop when using this. For almost 100$ (literally almost the price of a capture card I bought that almost does the same thing) this does not perform close to what was expected. It likely costs them 10$-20$ to make this and they are selling it for nearly 100$.

Works Well But Information And Support Is Limited
The CORSAHD 8K 2x1 splitter offers some very useful features, as outlined in the Amazon product description. Although I don’t have any 8K devices to test, the video and audio output at 4K and 1080p is excellent, with no noticeable degradation. The EDID functionality (4K/1080p/Copy) on output two works perfectly, and I can confirm the HDCP 2.2 bypass. The included fold-out manual is quite basic and doesn't provide much information beyond what's available on the Amazon product page. There’s also no mention of the firmware update feature, and the CORSAHD website listed in the manual either remains consistently down or may not exist at all at the time of this review. While this device shows promising features, the lack of detailed information and support is lacking. However, my rating is largely based on the fact that it has performed well during my testing.

Great HD splitter!
I needed this t send the signal from my PS5 to both the TV and a secondary display. I did this becaue sometimes I will watch TV and play video games at the same time and I don't want to have to move cables around. Whatever splitter I got I needed it to be able to handle 4k at at least 120hz as well as Surround sound audio. I invested in a new Sonos surround system with Dolby Atmos so I needed the audio to be correct as well. This has been perfect so far! There no issues with audio or video, everything synmcs up perfectly and there no handshake issues. Every format of video that the PS5 supports is being sent to the TV's correctly. I couldn't ask for anything better!
