Thus product worked well and did as advertised, at a great price. Connectivity is to the point. Can't speak for durability. I returned only because I found a need for a splitter that also had additional USB-a and USB-C ports for my setup.

I bought this so that I could put my security video on a separate TV in my living room. I split this put one into my office Monitor and then used a wireless HDMI transmitter to transmit to the living room and it works perfectly.

Works great if it works. The first one I received had one output broken. The sound wasn’t coming through one output. The picture quality was also questionable. I am glad I exchanged that broken piece. The second one I received works great.

Item arrived late, then once I got it, I set it up according to the instructions, and it didn't function. I tried a different USB port on my computer, and that made it function for about five minutes, then the audio got crackly and messed up. I attempted to plug it into an outlet instead of my computer, and it blew a fuse. After that, I tried using it plugged into my PC again, with the same audio issues. After attempting to fix these issues, the splitter stopped working entirely. This is a piece of garbage you shouldn't waste your money on. ... show more

It mirrors the same image to two displays. If you need a simple way to send one source (laptop/console/streaming box) to two TVs/monitors with the same content, it works. That said, it’s important to understand the limitations. This is mirror only, so it will not create an extended desktop or independent displays (some people assume “dual monitors” means that). Also, since it’s 4K at 30Hz, it’s fine for basic use and video playback, but not great for smoother 60Hz viewing or gaming. I also noticed that when using two different displays, the output can sometimes drop to the lowest common resolution/refresh rate between them, which is typical for splitters but still frustrating. Overall: decent for basic mirroring, but the specs and “dual monitor” wording can mislead. If you need 4K@60Hz or more reliable compatibility with mixed displays, you may want to spend a bit more on a higher-end splitter.
