The installation went more smoothly than we expected. The pop-up quick connector design really made things easier. It stays stable while jumping and can easily support adults. The safety enclosure features an L-shaped zipper and a secure buckle. That said, the 8-foot size feels a little tight for adults. If teens or adults will be using it frequently, I'd recommend going with a larger size. But if it's mainly for kids or if your backyard space is limited, this size is just right. ... show more

Excellent customer service. Package was damaged on delivery. The seller offered to discount 50$ from the bill if I kept the package and paid for replacement parts that I needed which was just missing a few bolts so an additional 20$ from home depot that they refunded me. Would buy from them every time. Install was straight forward. Took me a few hours. I only needed held from one other person for a few minutes other than that you can almost put it together by yourself and in a pinch I could have done it by myself. Do not by this trampoline!!! We spent hours trying to figure out that parts were missing and this is not a quick connect as the review states. Sad waste of time and money. The assembly is not easy and maybe if the parts were correct it would have been a different story. I am super disappointed

Fantastic trampoline! The frame and poles use a quick-connect system, which made assembly super easy. My husband and I had it fully set up in under an hour. The kids were thrilled and started jumping right away—no long wait times! The instructions were clear and detailed, especially when it came to attaching the tension springs, which made that part a breeze. The safety net is very sturdy and keeps the kids well protected.
