We’ve had this trampoline for a little over four months now, and I have zero complaints about its performance. It was very difficult to put together, it took two adults, and the springs were especially challenging, but once it was assembled, it has been amazing. My kids love it! In the summer, they use it with the sprinklers, and the basketball hoop is a great bonus. We never installed the LED lights, but even without them, the trampoline is fantastic. I highly recommend it. However, if I ever had to buy another one, I would definitely hire someone to assemble it because the setup was extremely complex and honestly painful. ... show more

I don’t normally write reviews. I have had this trampoline for almost a year now. Had an issue with the frame which I figured would be on me to fix I have had several trampolines over the last 15 years and at this point I probably could assemble and dismantle them with my eyes closed. They really only last so long! If I were reviewing this trampoline alone I would say it’s an adequate trampoline. Stands up to Mother Nature as much as it can, sturdy and my kids enjoy it! But wow to their customer service, it was so excellent that I had to come on here and share. If you’re on the fence I would definitely buy this trampoline just based on how great their service is. They emailed me back within 6 hours and shipped me parts at no charge and they arrived very Quick. My kids are back to bouncing their energy out! They definitely stand by their product! ... show more

This trampoline is literally the biggest piece of Chinese garbage I have ever bought. I will list the reasons why. 1. It is unsafe and not sturdy at all because the hardware that is supposed to be for the legs does not fit properly and sits loosely in the holes so the legs can shift and move freely potentially causing a collapse of the whole trampoline. I actually had to buy my own bolts to fix this issue and make modifications to it to make it safer. 2. The instructions for assembly are horrible and will leave you figuring out how to build the trampoline on your own for most of it because the pictures and step by step instructions are awful. The pictures showing specific hardware parts are so small that you cannot identify what part you are supposed to be using and more importantly how it is supposed to fit. 3. The straps that secure the top of the net to the poles are cheap and poor craftsmanship. The first day it was even the slightest bit breezy they came undone. I had to put duct tape around then just to keep the net secured to the poles. Overall you get what you pay for. This was a cheaper option for a 16ft trampoline and it is poorly made, unsafe and not sturdy at all. ... show more

We love the product, but even more their customer service. Our trampoline blew over in a bad storm and bent one of the bars in half, and we lost a spring. I messaged the company directly and they send those two parts for us, staying in contact to make sure we received the parts. I’ve never dealt with such a nice company. Amazing ... show more

I had this trampoline several years got it cause of the weight limit! Ive had several adults out jumping. Its weighted down with sand bags tho as I live in extreme wind. That destroyed the nets (50mph winds +) but after several years in extreme sun its still stury as ever
