    • Great trampoline!!! I recommend to everyone I know.
I love this trampoline!! I got it a year ago. The instructions are better if you get them offline since they were updated with corrections you need. I had to get replacement bag of screws missing, two springs missing, and a new enclosure attachment ( previous had poor welding). All this was handled by customer service quickly through emails with pictures. Once I had everything I took one full day to layout and check inventory. I'm a single Mom who put this up in one day. Granted I got tired, grumpy, and sore. I was scared to use the spring puller (bad reviews of accidents) however making sure nobody was in front of me I gave it a try. That was a life saver!! The springs were the hardest for me. I did have issues with the frame once and had to take small portion apart to reassemble however that was due to my mistake. I buried the base in the ground some, used anchors to tie down, and sand bags over ground were legs were. I live in Washington State which had fierce windstorms. It didn't move an inch!!! My daughter for gymnastics says it's great size and the bouncy is awesome!! For the price, durability, and quality 5 stars is deserved. The bumps I had in assembly I expected due to what I was getting and having to put this together myself. Thank You Upper Bounce!! Highly recommend!! ... show more

I used the Built app and put it together all by myself ( woman, age 41). The app is so helpful! I did it over 3-4 days, just working when I had the time. No special tools necessary. We live where it snows but always cleared the snow. After 6 months in the elements, one of the spring cover mats has a large crack in it. I love the shape and size because it fits our space. Wish it had a basketball hoop but I just ordered one, so hopefully it fits. ... show more

I have two sons a 7 year old and a 2 year old. All the neighbor kids, birthday party kids, and kids over to play with all fit on this trampoline. It is worth every penny. It is HUGE and the rectangle shape gives the kids more room to run across it and play more games. Helps keeps the kids from wanting to be inside and that is worth every penny! ... show more

I am absolutely pleased with this trampoline. My daughter is in cheer and we got this for her to be able to practice her more advanced tumbling moves at home. I specifically wanted something that was rectangle shaped rather than round as that would give her a bit more room. I am completely happy with this purchase, the trampoline is a lot sturdier than the trampolines I’m used to, the poles are 3 times the size and weight of the typical round trampoline and are painted steel as opposed to the bare galvanized steel of the others, the trampoline is very heavy when assembled, about 3 times the weight of the department store versions. The net is very heavy duty as well. Assembly was a breeze, it took us less than an hour to have it together with almost no trouble at all. The trampoline is also much bigger than I thought which is a huge plus. My daughter loves it as she is no longer confined to the small area in the center of the round trampoline. She also says that this one has much more bounce than ones she’s had before. I also appreciate Amazon allowing me the opportunity to purchase the trampoline with 0% apr financing, that helps on a purchase this size. All in all, I highly recommend this trampoline, it looks great and my daughter is extremely happy which is what really matters! ... show more

    • Parts Missing AND Wrong Size Parts
The first time we tried to put it together we realized that 4 primary poles (The B set of poles) was missing. So we had to pack it back up and put it back in the garage and they shipped the parts quickly. Today, took it out again and put it together only to find out it has the wrong size jump mat and screen enclosure. We have the 9 x 15 and the mat and screen are for the 8 x 14. So, now we wait again. The kids are disappointed Again. The trampoline was ok to put together but keep in mind the middle end poles are not interchangeable and to make sure the poles face the direction they need to or you will need to take apart. Don't tighten the screws until last because there is definitely switching of poles once you realize this. They were quick to resend the first parts missing so hopefully this will come quickly. The quality seems nice. We will see. ... show more

    • Best Trampoline, worth the money!
There aware a few reviews about the instructions to put this trampoline together. I am here to update you, they must have updated there system because it was great. They use online digital instructions called BILT. It used voice and visitar instruntions making it very easy. The only thing to figure out was the screws they were labeled, but very easy to figure out. Love this trampoline! I have 7 kids and they are between the ages of 7-17. The best this about This trampoline is the weight limit, 500lbs. Not many brands have that weight limit, but charging the same price for the same sizes. We obviously are exceeding that and it is holding up beautifully. ... show more

    • Feels very sturdy when built, really poor shipping
Complaints....This comes in 3 box and 2 of them are very big and heavy (not unexpected). The small box was just fine. The other 2 were very beat up. I would just blame she shipper, but when opening the boxes, everything inside was beat up too. The instructions looked like it was wadded up into a ball. Many of the bars inside we're scratched or chipped. One tube was so bent I needed to use a block of wood and a rubber mallet to get it back to roundish. My final complaint was the fit and finish wasn't great. A couple of the bolt holes did not line up as well as they should have. What was good....This thing is big and strong. This is for my kids, but at 6'02" 260 pounds, I can get on it with my kids and it feels solid as I bounce around too. Doesn't wobble or feel like I'm too big for it (says 500 pound rating, but I was worried). Has a good amount of bounce and feels like it will hold up for a long time (on day 3, so I will update if it doesn't hold up). Overall, I am really happy with it and my girls love it.
