Ok, so this isn't the first time I've ordered a large item. I know and understand the risks. Let's talk about the good, the bad and the ugly. The good: this piano looks very nice. The color is neutral to fit in quite nicely with either modern or traditional styles. The keys seem to be semi-weighted, less like a keyboard and more like a piano. The adaptor worked fine. The sound is good (from a novice player perspective, I'm not an expert or a professional). I haven't tried the headphone jack yet, but happy that it has one. Shipping was pretty quick and I signed for it so I didn't have to worry about having my heavy expensive item sitting outside to potentially get taken or something. It was quite easy to put together, and I had both the bench and piano itself put together (by myself) in about 45 minutes, and I'm slow. I like the storage in the bench, and it's comfortable. It also comes with keyboard stickers (nice surprise!), which is great for younger learners who are taking lessons and practicing. The sound options and ability to multi-record are great additional features. The bad: there weren't any instructions with the bench. It was relatively easy to figure out, but I did put all 4 legs on upside down before I realized what I had done. Could have been avoided if there were instructions. I played piano for a few years as a youngster, I know what weighted keys feel like on a real piano. These are semi-weighted at best (despite the information associated with the product online). Not a big deal, but if you're a stickler for that sort of thing, or have a kid taking lessons where you feel you MUST have completely weighted keys, you may want to invest in something a bit more expensive. The ugly: this piano came damaged. You can see it in my pictures above. It's pretty severe, even though it's not very large. At first, I assumed it got damaged during shipping, because when shipping large items that can certainly happen especially if your item is not properly protected. But that doesn't seem to be the case here, the box it came in is not damaged at all. Which means the damage happened to the piano BEFORE it was packaged, and then they packaged it anyway and sent it out. Irresponsible quality control. Not worth repackaging and shipping it back for a replacement, because that's a whole headache on a large item. But I would expect better for an item I paid $500. The least I could get is a non-blemished item. Overall, a worthy investment. Try to remember, pianos in general are expensive instruments. If you're a beginner, just looking for something to practice on, or just looking for a nice piece of furniture to add to your home that also sounds nice, this would be the one for you.

First off it came in two pieces one was the bench the other the piano you have to put the piano together buts it’s all together your just sitting it up in its legs. It’s very simple and looks elegant and just as it does in the picture. It is easy to use and my son has been playing for a few years now but it was easy to transition him from the plain keyboard to this. His piano teacher and I looked through quite a few before deciding on this one. It had everything he needed and extra. It sounds amazing clear and beautiful. It’s even fancy with the controls and sounds. Overall it was a great buy and one I hope last a long time. I will try to add a picture to show the finished look!

Good piano for the price but unfortunately it came damaged. Box was is in good condition upon arrival but upon opening found that the cover had been stripped out. Don't really want to go through the hassle of packing it back up.

The media could not be loaded. Item is defective. No power even after plugging in to power outlet. Trying to return the item, and no pre-paid return label provided. Requested seller to send us pre-paid return label, but seller refuses to send us pre paid return label. Seller asked us to take pictures of item with no power after plugged in to confirm that the item is really not working. Pictures sent, and now seller is saying that the adapter in our picture is not the one that they sent us. Then where was this adapter come from? They sent a picture of an adapter that was supposed to be in the package. I replied to seller saying that they sent a WRONG ONE because those two adapters look different and that they made a mistake. Seller replied saying " Why you say we sent the wrong adapter? Have you ever get the wrong adapter for the piano?" With out any apology, that was the answer I got from them after all this. They said they would send us a new adapter and asked us to confirm if the piano is working with a new adapter. A new adapter came after 9 days (3/18), we tested the piano with a new adapter and IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. I took a video of the whole thing to show them it still doesn't work. I cannot write a review on the quality of the product, but I'm very dissatisfied with the service. I'm posting this video here because I cannot upload on the email that I'm sending to the sender due to attachment size limit.

this product was cheaply made the court did not fit where it was supposed to the keys are misaligned and when it did plug in the volume was terrible. Additionally the seller requires you to pay for shipping twice once to receive the crappy item and a second time to ship it back
